“Super nice service and food“

“The addition of self-ordering kiosks is actually a nice service option. The food here is always top chef! The atmosphere does a nice job matching with their menu, a very simple minimal ocean vibe. Servers may also come by your table to ask if you need anything, and it feels very restaurant-like as you leave your dishes on the table when you've finished dining in. Some things to keep in mind include; you must pick up your food when they call it out, and you must ask if you want napkins, utensils, and sauces. One issue we did encounter is that they didn't remove some ingredients when we selected it in the kiosk.

“Always good and the price of the super fries is way cheaper compared to other stablishment. You could order almost at any time. Sometimes, it shows close to the app, but if you really want to eat . Just call a few minutes before and will have it ready, which is always open. Also, if you purchase tortillas, it is a good price as well, only a dollar. No, like other places, then you feel like you are buying another plate.“

“Hidden semi hole in the wall taco spot. Located in a large plaza with plenty of free self parking. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. You can see them preparing all the ingredients as well as tacos cuesadillas, and burritos. There are a few indoor tables and seating. There's also a small salsa bar.
The menu is limited and straight forward. Basically choose the type of meat you prefer.
This is not fast food. It takes time to prepare fresh food made to order.
Tried the shrimp vampiros. It's kind of like a tostada so best to eat that first since the shell will fall apart if you eat your tacos or burritos first. It's very yummy!
Also tried the chicken taco. It was ok...nothing special about it.

Definitely get the free onion and jalapeno.

The salsa bar has your
typical tomatoes, onions, limes, etc. but it would've been nice if they had cilantro
There's also two containers with free beans so make sure to grab some.

Prices are a bit high for the tacos at $3.25. The vampiro is priced right at $4.15
Portions are a bit small but they make up for it with the free beans and salsa bar.

If you're in the area, it's worth a try. There are better Taco spots elsewhere, imo.“

I can eat the fish tacos all day, but if you ever crave something else- the tacos dorados are also delicious- beans, requeson or potato- all so good! The ceviche has also become a go-to part of my order. Lastly, the service is always top tier- everyone is so nice and incredibly helpful!“

“Variety wise Guisados has the most unique flavor profiles for tacos I have come by in long beach. The sampler is a great way to get your whistle wet and see which is your favorite. The tamales will give any abuela a run for her money. The customer service is great and you can taste the love and tradition of put into each bite ❤️“

“I visit Long Beach California every summer and was recommended this location by a local.

Their 10 dollar family meal is amazing value. It comes with 3 tacos, beans, and rice. I got the al pastor as it was on the wheel. They were amazing! Slightly charred, seasoned perfectly, and a good portion. You make your order, they give you your food, and you garnish with whatever you like.

Obviously, it's 5 stars in my book.

“The meat has some of the better flavor ive seen in a long time. Tried the tacos and tortas and they were good. The torta seems a bit off. I feel like they are using the wrong ingredients or the incorrect order because the lettuce was soggy and drove down the taste. By no means is this bad food. I think it just needs some rethinking. Dont change the meat. Do avocado instead of guac on the torta. Find a way to keep the lettuce crispy. And i think the cilantro may not belong in the torta. But other than that this is a good restaurant. I think with some small tweaks, it deserves a 5 star.“

“This is a phenomenal, authentic old-school Mexican eatery bursting with flavor and priced right. You best believe the two ladies behind the counter know the meaning of auténtico. My tacos were cooked to order on homemade tortillas. I dressed mine up with some toppings from the salsa bar. I went with birria and carne asada. The meat is juicy and tender, with the perfect blend of spices and seasoning. The aromas from the grill made my mouth water. The condiment bar is loaded with different cremas, a tangy salsa verde with charred peppers, radish, onion, and carrot.

“I wish I would have got the waitress's name. She was so nice and accommodating to me ,my wife, and our dog. She went above and beyond a couple of times during our lunch. My wife's dish was a little too spicy so we sent it back and they gave us another at no charge(minus the Chipotle sauce). The amazing part Was the sincere kindness of the waitress. I ordered the asada plate, which came with four tacos piled high with onions, peppers, cilantro, and all the right trimmings.
