“Friends say it's just like the Uniboil they're used to in Southern California and I can't argue with that assessment. Get the triple meat hot pots if you want a ample portion, or add extras off the menu. Triple, pork blood, tendon meatballs, all kinds of delicious noms.“

“Noodle House, as my family and I lovingly call it, is an icon in Davis. It's a little hole in the wall behind Sophia's Thai Bar that was referred to my husband and I 15 years ago. We walked in and almost left because it's small... and old... and a little sketchy? But we decided to give it a try anyway.
We have been coming regularly since then, and our family has grown, and grown up begging to go there for special occasions like getting good grades, etc. There is nothing we have had that isn't delicious.
I highly recommend the won ton noodle soup, pork chop noodle soup, szechuan eggplant with noodles, the potato curry with noodles, the 5 spice beef noodle soup, and the chow mein.
The noodles are homemade. The broths and sauces are unique, delicious, and literally award winning.
The service is fine. It's the same lady for the past several years. She's quick and efficient. Before that, I think it was her mom or aunt.
You won't regret trying it out - and if you do, you'll be back.“

“I got a pho bo with filet and tripe (a small) and it was really good. It was light and cooked correctly, and was fast. It is a little prices overall the menú, but good thing to know the portions here are a little bigger so two people can have 1 small pho bowel.“

“If you want your money’s worth this is the place. The other reviews are correct, the portions are generous and the employees are extremely kind! Pork Katsu was super crisp, sushi was fresh, tempura tasty and not too oily. They mainly do takeout orders so don’t expect the most handsome dine-in experience, it’s very casual. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a simple sushi spot, it did not disappoint.“

“Best pho in Woodland! Get extra noodles for an extra $1! It’s worth it! Super filling and the beef broth is sooooo supppperrrrrr tasty. Not a lot of space for a large group but it easily accommodate four people. A lot of condiments you could grab to spice up your pho experience. Thank you for tasty pho that I don’t have to drive to Sacramento for pho!“

“Was this one of my favorite pho places ever? So I recently flew through Sacramento for a wedding in Napa Valley. Almost everyone else in the wedding group went through San Fran, but Sacramento was actually about an hr shorter drive with traffic. Also, it was a smaller airport and easier to navigate in and out of. So on the way back, this was a perfect stop for lunch.
It was delicious! Probably a bit overpriced but delicious none the less. We had both of their Signature phos and opted for the fresh thick noodles. We also added on an order of the beef short rib. So their Pho Saigon, is basically their specialty, so it had a little bit of everything. It was solid, especially adding in some of the meat from the beef rib. But the star of the show was the Pho Hanoi. The garlic and peppers made this one of the best tasting pho broths, I have ever had and that is saying a lot! Their thick fresh noodles brought back memories from pho in Vietnam.
I want to fly back through Sacramento just to eat here again!“
