“Great tasting food, very nice! Experience only let down by the poor service. Workers just ignored people until they were ready to take an order, then just stared at you to indicate they could take your order. Weird and off-putting. It doesn't help your experience of eating food to get the get the feeling that the staff would rather be somewhere else, anywhere else“

“This is going to be my poke spot. The portion was so generous. I don’t know what mammoth size poke bowl people are used to but I was stuffed after getting a regular. The fish, the avocado - everything was so fresh. The server recommended the eel sauce which was so umami and delicious.“

“Ohhhh.... I just had such a delicious shrimp po-boy sandwich at Fish District in Solana Beach!! And I'm a hard critic of po-boys being Cajun from Louisiana!! Plus their warm bread pudding was soooo yummy!! I'll be back!“

“Ordered the Tajima Black ramen, and had a great balance to the broth, not too oily and heavy, anf the garlic flavor was nice. The pork had a great flavor and texture, and the egg was yummy, not too runny but still soft and slightly sweet! The noodles were thin and chewy, which is my preference, so I enjoyed them a lot! Friendly and attentive staff, and the interior was very warm and inviting yet cool vibe to it.“

“It was absolutely delicious! There were so many toppings to choose from! I did them all except pickled jalapenos. The medium bowl was only$1 more than the small for another generous scoop of fish (I got tuna and salmon). I'll definitely be back!“
