“An experience is fun when that moment fills your senses with life. Lucky Thai is an emotional space; the host lady looks at you with genuine interest and showers you with smiles. Once the food is placed, the very focused chefs create your food with intensity, rhythm, and grace. They are nonstop, choreographed, and full of flames. They will call you, and your food will be at the side counter. It's street food style, but inside the market. With the first taste, you know your decision was right, your intent to be there was rewarded, and your day will go well. I'll leave the rest to you to figure out and to make of Lucky Thai your moment!“

“My wife and I are big fans of Thai cuisine, and last night we decided to try Signature Thai Bistro. We were intrigued because it occupies the same space as Supatra's, a spot we used to frequent years ago before the change in ownership. We called ahead to make a reservation and were seated promptly within a minute of our arrival. My wife follows a gluten-free vegan diet, and Thai food has always been a reliable choice for her. She called in advance to ensure options were available, and the staff was accommodating. Our server, Paul, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure the kitchen was informed about my wife's dietary needs, making the experience seamless and stress-free. Here's what we ordered: Tom Kha Soup: Excellent, bursting with rich and vibrant flavors. Summer Rolls: My wife loved them--fresh and perfectly prepared. Mango Mood drink: Another hit, beautifully balanced and refreshing. Wine: A familiar choice for my wife that paired well with the meal. String Beans and Eggplant: Very delicious, with bold and flavorful seasoning. Crying Tiger: Unfortunately, this dish didn't meet my expectations and is one we wouldn't recommend. Overall, the food was excellent, aside from the Crying Tiger, and the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Paul for his attentiveness and genuine kindness. We highly recommend Signature Thai Bistro for its delicious offerings and top-notch service.“

“Today I came here for dinner, it’s a Thursday night -and I ordered:shrimp tempura, catfish stir fry, white rice, and a glass of wine. Everything was delicious!!!
The owner, “lady Aey” helped me with part of my order and she asked if I’d been to Thailand because I liked spicy and asked for the fish sauce- I think I was sounding very sure of what I wanted :) I told her that coincidentally, I was going to Thailand this summer. We exchanged what’s apps and she said she’d help me to plan a great trip.
It did feel like family- she called herself Thai lady Aey, and I am black lady Renee- I’m part of the family now- thanks Thai Family :)“

“Downtown LA resident here. Folks live in Chino Hills, though. Hands down best Thai, arguably, in Southern California. The flavors are totally on point (not too salty or sweet--just right). Variety is great. Prices are reasonable (yes, inflation is hurting all of us but still)... Feels locally run, so the service is always friendly, prompt, and caring. Been a loyal customer for years. There's a reason they're one of the select local restaurants that survived (and perhaps even thrived) during the pandemic. They're the real deal.“

“We just tried this place for the first time… and SO GOOD! The atmosphere and vibe overall is chill, welcoming and homie! The food was fantastic, had the vegan pad see you. And if that wasn’t good enough the service was wonderful! Felt more like visiting a friend than just popping into to a restaurant! Will definitely be a repeat customer!“

“Our recent dining experience at this establishment was highly positive. The curry and Tom Yum soup were particularly noteworthy, and the chicken Satay was also excellent. The portion sizes were generous, surpassing those of other establishments. Furthermore, the staff provided friendly and helpful recommendations. We would certainly consider a return visit.“

“Oh em gee. I don’t know how to start. The atmosphere is so cool with this traditional vibe. The tofu is perfectly fried to perfection, nicely browned so it has that nutty flavor and very crispy. Honestly it’s better than the meat (if you don’t believe me, try it). I don’t usually like Tom Kha Gai, but my wife always wants it, it was so creamy and delicious and the acidity was well balanced. I was thinking maybe it was a fluke, but they really kept nailing the other dishes, basil eggplant, pad Thai (ofc) and green curry all good. I have also never liked fried banana dessert but that glorious fry cook did work on them like the tofu and it had a wonderful crispy outer layer. 10/10 would recommend and go again“

“Tried Thai 7 Bistro for the first time and loved it!! My wife and I ordered take out and enjoyed each dish. The Chicken Pad Thai was right there with my favorite pad Thai dishes I’ve had. The flavor was on point with juicy chicken, peanuts, and lime. We also ordered the yellow curry with tofu. Their yellow curry had a great depth of flavor with the creaminess of the coconut milk and a nice mild curry flavor. To top it off I got the Thai iced tea, always a great drink! The service was quick and friendly, our take out was ready in a quick 15 minutes! Highly recommend!“

“This was our first visit under the new ownership, and we were thoroughly impressed. The staff was very welcoming, the food was excellent (we especially enjoyed the Pad See Ew, Red Curry, and the standout Basil Chili Pork), and the updated decor is clean and tastefully done. PJ took the time to chat with us on our way out and shared a bit about his business partner and their journey, which added a personal touch to the experience. We highly recommend supporting this wonderful restaurant with its kind and passionate owners.“

“I would give more than 5 stars if there was an option to. This is my favorite, local Thai food place. I've had several different dishes (pad Thai, curries, drunken noodles, veggies, soups, etc). Everything I've had here is amazing and also tastes better than other nearby places (better quality and value!). Plus, I love knowing I'm supporting a local, family business. This is by far my favorite little worthwhile hole-in-the-wall spot and a regular go-to for me. If you want to become a regular somewhere, this place is worth frequenting.“

“This is a delightful little Thai place! We got the pad thai with 3 meats and it was good except I only had 3 pieces of shrimp in my whole dish. Other than that, everything was great! The wonton soup was good and the mango sticky rice is a special treat you must try. Most outstanding to me was the perfectly made Thai tea that wasn't overly sweetened as usual. It was perfect!“

“I was going to Denny's to eat and learned they didn’t have a her and were closing early. So I looked around the shopping center for a beautiful restaurant to enjoy and learned about West Covina Thai Cuisine. I walked in, was greeted with a warm, loving smile, and offered to sit wherever I felt comfortable and offered something to drink. I sat down, ordered a delicious Thai tea, and looked over the menu.
New educated me on the menu and offered me an appetizer that was so good. I was waiting for my guest to start for a meeting over dinner, and once they arrived, we ordered dinner and more drinks. This restaurant gets an A+ for comfort, food quality, presentation, and overall restaurant cleanliness. I can’t wait to invite more friends to dinner here. The prices were perfect.“

“I recently visited Trendy Thai in Irwindale and had an outstanding experience. The service was warm and welcoming. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! The chow mein was perfectly cooked with a great balance of flavors (quite spicy though). The cashew chicken was tender and packed with flavors. Overall, Trendy Thai offers an incredible combination of delicious food and excellent customer service.

“I am a fan! This place is amazing. We had the Original Mazemen w Chashu, Chashu ramen, and Katsu rice. Everything was just finger-licking, lip-smacking, pants-unzipping good. Skip the dessert and add the rice to Mazemen. You won't regret it. I will definitely be back. Soon.
The photo is of the spicy Ramen, which had perfect amount of spice!“

“Our family has adored coming to this lovely Thai restaurant tucked away in Azusa! The service is always fast and friendly in a cozy atmosphere. The food is incredible! There is something on the menu for everyone! My favorite offering is the green curry tofu - they ask you which spice level you'd like... If you crave a flavorful kick - they will not disappoint! This pairs well with garlic string beans or sir fried fresh ginger, onion, mushroom and carrot. The kids adore the Chicken Satay and the Crying Tiger grilled marinated beef served with Thai spicy sauce.“

“We finally decided to try this “new” Thai place. We had a very bad experience with the former Thai restaurant at this location. This time, we were pleased with its food and service. It’s probably one of the best a Thai places here in Chino Hills. The beef was tender and the noodles were proper. It also listens well when we asked not to add any peanuts to our dishes for to allergy. They indeed forgone on the peanuts. Everything was decent with one small note: mango sticky rice needs more mango!
Vegetarian options: Thai places always have a decent selections of veggies.
Parking: Always plenty of parking a few steps away.
Wheelchair accessibility: Small but enough room to maneuver.“

“So I ordered my first to go from this place and I thought it was pretty good Thai food! The usual place that we went to seemed to not be as good anymore and would always take over 30 min for the order to be ready. When I ordered on the phone it was quite easy, but I was asked to give my credit card on the phone (which I don’t really want to do) . The man I spoke to was real nice and explained that unfortunately there were people that had called for food but did not come to pick it up. I totally understand, and did not fault him at all. I will probably see if there may be an online option next time.
I ordered a few of the usuals that we get, the pad thai (which we really enjoyed) the pad see yew and the papaya salad. The papaya salad. Note that the papaya salad is quite different than other places and that it has peanuts inside. They have lots of vegan options and a huge menu. I tried to get all of it in pictures so hope that it helps. Will definitely be back to try some other dishes.
One thing to note was that the person that took my order gave me some of this hot chili oil, it was so good! Really spicy but it had this smoky taste which was so good on the food. Look forward to my next trip back! Until next time!“

“This is a small, casual restaurant with a relaxed feel. They are very welcoming and polite.I had the red curry with tofu and vegetables, which was very good. The egg rolls (4 in an order) were small and crispy, and fairly good, but not the best. I felt they were a little overpriced. My drink was hot Jasmine tea.The curry was by far the tastiest item. It was thin, like a soup. I've had Thai curries that were thick, but read that the thin consistency is authentic. At the end, the waitress boxed up the leftovers, even the egg roll sauce into a tiny container. It was about $24. plus the tip.If you enjoy Thai food in a casual atmosphere, I recommend this place. The other comments here are in response to Google's questions.
Vegetarian options: I had tofu in my curry.
Parking: The parking lot is just outside the door, so it's a short walk. There were plenty of spaces when I visited late Monday afternoon. If you are going on the weekend, it might be crowded because the lot is fairly small and there are other businesses that use the same lot.
Kid-friendliness: There was a child with his parents when I visited.
Wheelchair accessibility: As you enter, there is a slight incline that you can easily use for a wheelchair. The staff can easily move a chair or two at a table to accommodate the wheelchair.“

“The service is prompt and attentive, with the staff ensuring that every detail is taken care of.
As for the food, the chicken BBQ is an absolute standout. Perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection, the chicken has a delightful smoky flavor and a juicy tenderness that’s hard to beat. The balance of spices is spot on, with just the right amount of heat and sweetness, making each bite incredibly flavorful.
Overall, with its great service and mouth-watering BBQ, this place is a must-try for anyone craving authentic Thai BBQ. Highly recommend it!“

“My friend and I came to this unassuming family owned restaurant for lunch. She had been there twice and loved it and so I thought I’d give it a try. The lunch special was really excellent. I had the spicy basil with beef and it came with rice and a very fresh quality side salad. My friend enjoyed her chicken pad Thai. It looked so good that I ordered one to go for my husband. He loved it too. The service was warm and attentive. I’ve been searching for a good Thai restaurant to replace Basil and Co, which has excellent food but it’s always crowded, loud, and the service was unapologetically slow at my last visit. Verdict: My new go-to Thai restaurant. It doesn’t have the ambience of Basil and Co but it checks off a lot of important boxes for me.“

“best Thai food in OC! I'm updating this review. Besides the prices going up a bit like everywhere else. I still stand by Thai Basil as the best Thai food restaurant around. I love most of their dishes, the soups are great, I like to switch it up from time to time the sole with mango salad is on off my favorites. The ribs which are not exactly Thai food are super tasty and tender, pad see ew is a classic and great choice, from the few curries I've tried they are all great as well.“

“Tucked away in quiet street in busy Diamond Bar, behind the throngs of strip mall shops is a little Thai restaurant. The decor is calming and everything looked new.
Instead of a lunch special, I opted for a full meal and had plenty of leftovers. The Pad See You was excellent with chunks of chicken and flavorful. I also opted for the Beef Satay appetizer. However the portion was huge and dinner size at $15. I spent more than I wanted for lunch but had a second meal. Now that I’m closer to Mt Sac during lunch, I’m exploring all the options that busy Diamond Bar has to offer.
Skip the ice water and get the green iced tea. Yum.“
