“Great ambiance and amazing food. I had a lot of food… falafel, spicy hummus, kafta kabob, tzatziki loaded with veggies, cheese balls, and baklava. All so delicious and fresh. I even loved the fresh pita and dipping sauce that was complimentary. From the manager and many servers, everyone was pleasant and friendly throughout my time there. I went during happy hour so the specials were great during that time. I’m definitely returning to this Mediterranean restaurant for sure. I loved it.“

Tl;dr: ice cream taste 5/5 service 5/5

While the ice cream was delicious we had a major service issue during our visit. We asked for 2 small cones different flavors but were given 2 cones with the 2 flavors mixed in the each cone. When we were given the first cone with tried to clarify that the flavors were supposed to be separate but the second cone came out the same as the first. Our next issue was that we asked for a large bowl but were given a small cone for the 3rd ice cream; we weren't given a receipt to see if we were charged for a large bowl or a small cone. Last issue was we ordered ice cream sandwiches to take home & instead of being told we could select what flavor we wanted we were given a random assortment of flavors. As a side note the ice cream sandwiches are smaller than you would think.“

“The food was excellent! The portions were large and the drinks were amazing but our bartender/order taker/server/host/and everything else was a wonderful man named Raul! I believe his last name was Trepes? I hope that’s close? Anyway, this man practically ran the place because of a staff shortage! He provided everything we needed quickly, was extremely polite and he has a great sense of humor! I hope corporate realizes what a great job this man is doing and pays him well!!!“

“It's a shame that Rubios had to close down so many restaurants. When we are nearby one, we have to have it if we're hungry.
5 stars doesn't mean it's the best food but considering what it costs to eat at most of those nasty unhealthy fast food joints, I'd take Rubios all day.“

The person at the drive thru window was very polite and made good suggestions. I got the bacon cheeseburger and it was great. The bacon was crispy and the fries were hot and delicious.“

They recently changed management and their customer service is amazing now and I'm her to stay for it ! Jennifer and her crew were extremely helpful in helping me choose an item off the menu and I ended up choosing an amazing hot Cheeto corn dog that came out amazing and hot . “HUGE menu for drinks and food. There was so much, I had to flip thru like 5 times until I decided what I wanted. Seeing pictures just made it harder to decide. We were a table of 4, coming in right after the soccer game ended - so there was no wait. We sat on the patio because it was loud (and fun) inside. The taquitos and tacos are yummy. We tried the chicken, asada, and carnitas. Carnitas were my favorite. Try the Michi’s! Great service. Our waitress was VERY attentive and helpful“

We use to go here all the time when they were on Firestone in Downey. I just think the green sauce use to be spicy but it wasnt the last few times we've been there. “I have been dining here a couple of years and I have never been disappointed. The food is excellent, the place is Always spotless, the prices are reasonable and the people are very nice. We go about once a week. It's about a ten mile trip and worth the drive. One last plus, the dining room is usually open until 2 or 3 in the morning, great for us night owls and people who have to work late shifts.“

“I’ve been coming here since I can remember. At least 10 years by now. Their food is always consistent and delicious and priced well. My family’s order is a full chicken, fries, and arroz chauffa. The chicken is always tender and juicy and has great flavor, but my favorite is the arroz con chauffa. I think it’s genuinely my favorite food ever. period. I could eat it every day and not get tired of it 11/10. Now, we usually order take out because the inside is kind of small and we like to share with our friends and family (who also love it) so keep that in mind if you’re thinking of eating inside.
