“Where to begin with how amazing this popcorn is? Ever since I was a kid, there's something so nostalgic about going to the mall and getting popcorn. Not many malls have popcorn stalls, let alone have delicious one of a kind popcorn flavors. Doc pop is the spot for your popcorn cravings at mall visits as well as catering for your party events. I recently worked with Tamer the Doc Pop genius at Doc Popcorn to purchase enough popcorn for my daughter's Disney birthday. Thinking three large bags would be enough for 100 guests (1 large bag = 20 people; 3 large bags for 60 people), we overestimated the amount of popcorn people would eat/take at the party. NOT A PROBLEM. We ended up eating the leftovers (still was fresh after a week) and taking some to work to share with colleagues. Everyone agreed the flavor and the freshness of the popcorn was great. If you're thinking of popcorn for a party, do yourself a favor, check out Doc Popcorn (they have lots of delicious flavors). Tamer was very knowledgeable, helpful and has we wonderful customer service. My advice: Prep yourself for a night of packing small bags use a funnel or a scooper (trust the process, the end product will be worth it). The closer you get your popcorn to the day of your party, the more delicious your popcorn will be. For reference: 2 large bags of popcorn filled 100 5inch x 10.8inch bags (we barely had to use the third large bag of popcorn towards the end).“

“I had a large event with 160 guests and chose Bashful Butler to cater this event.Ben at Bashful Butler was a dream to work with and made certain my event was serviced professionally.I chose Teriyaki chicken with rice and three salad sides and vegetable with fresh biscuits. The chicken was tender and delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly and the side dishes were fresh.Out of 160 people I never received any complaints about the food. Everyone raved repeatedly about how tasty and tender the Teriyaki chicken was.Bashful Butler hit a homerun!!! They contributed greatly to the success of my event. “I ordered a funeral spray for my mother in law's memorial service. I grew up working in the floral industry so I had specific flowers I wanted to include or omit from the spray and a vision of the arrangement. Rosemills went above and beyond what I envisioned. The flowers were perfect, beautiful quality and admired by everyone at the service. They really nailed my flower love letter to my mother in law. I am very grateful.“

Service is brief and your food comes out pretty fast as well.Overall, i always enjoy spending time at the Blvd Market! It's a chill spot to be during weekdays and busier on the weekends.“

“Hot high 80's day? A popsicle sounds great!Located across from Mission San Gabriel, Nomad Ice Pops looked to be a refreshing solution on a hot Fall day. Being Dia de los Muertos/Halloween season, Nomad Ice Pops had some popsicles shaped like skulls. After perusing the menu, horchata stood out & compelled a purchase.Horchata ($3.50)-Sabroso! Horchata was one of my favorite drinks, when I didn't care about sugar, calories, good health, diabetes. Heck, I remember I bought a large horchata from a former Albertaco's in Hawaiian Gardens, only to come back in a hour or so & buy another one. For shame! Anyhoo, Nomad Ice Pops' dairy-free horchata popsicle had all the taste & flavors of horchata that I remembered. It was frozen solid, meaning it didn't melt at all on a high 80's day. I ate the whole popsicle one bite at a time, which made things less messy.Service was good. Nomad Ice Pops operates as a takeout window. Parking is via street or at Mission San Gabriel.Nomad Ice Pops cooled me off on a hot day. I enjoyed my horchata popsicle & appreciated how solid it remained while consuming it. Nomad Ice Pops is a great option when looking for a sweet frozen treat.“

“We had a party with over 50 ppl and the star of the show was our Lechon Roast Pig. The quality of the meat was excellent, very moist with a crunchy skin. Transaction was done entirely via text/Zelle and very easy. The Lechon was packaged nicely for transport and pick up was very easy.“

We were able to try different flavors, but ended up getting a split child's scoop of fresh mint with cacao nibs and brown sugar vanilla bean. For child's scoop it was still a lot of ice cream! “Solid spot for authentic Mexican food. I've been a few times now and the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The inside is clean and inviting. They have all of the traditional Mexican plates and drinks so it can be hard to make a selection, but this time we had the carne asada sopa, barbacoa plate, and a side of chips and gucamole. I am a huge fan of robust flavored sauces and this barbacoa did not disappoint! As I was leaving I also spotted a tray of chile rellenos that I wish I had room for, but I will for sure order next time.“

“I hired Ronnie to help organize a lavish "Havana Nights" themed 40th birthday bash for my husband. I would recommend him to absolutely everyone for any type of event. He went above and beyond, created a beautiful backdrop and bar, dressed up to fit my theme and was excellent to communicate with. He was the bartender at the event and many guests at our party noticed how hard-working and dedicated he was and wanted his information afterwards. I would hire him again no questions asked!“

“Our meal was exceptionally good last night. We started with the rosemary bread basket which was soft with a nice crust. My sister loved her spaghetti and meat balls. My chicken piccata was sautéed in lemon butter, wine and capers and was delicious. I substituted the spaghetti side for angel hair pasta. The veggies were a bit al dente but heated up nicely as leftovers. The portions were large so plenty leftover for another meal. Service was excellent. Very attentive and cordial. Definitely would go back.“
