“When I went to Cafe Tapioca, I was first very pleased to see their signage about COVID-19 safety precautions and information about people with disabilities being able to get faster service. It made it feel like a very safe, happy environment. The staff member who took my order was a very nice woman and the Jasmine milk tea that I ordered was just what I was hoping for, very delicious and a reasonable price. I look forward to stopping by this shop many more times in the future.“

“Our family loved the Taiwanese fantuan, or rice burritos here. Best fantuan you could find in the bay area. Bento boxes (pork chop and hainanese chicken) are also amazing. It has become our weekly ritual to come here and grab the take-outs. Love it and will keep coming back.“

“The clerk (not sure if he is the boss) has a really nice attitude, making people feel full of energy. He is very thoughtful and attentive. He gave us suggestions on which ones are delicious. We have children and offered small bowls to share. We were also given a free taste of the salted crispy chicken we didn’t order. The signature bento we ordered, the chicken steak was very delicious. The crispy double mushrooms are also delicious, and the oyster omelette is even better with sauce. Will stay again.“
