“We have been eating at el capitans taco truck for yrs now and they are really good..Sux that the prices when up.. use to get 30 tacos for 15 bucks now it cost 25.50.. and Carne asada is 1 dollar.. they've been saying that the Cost of meat has gone up.. that was a yr ago.. I think it's B.S. but they still good :) Buche and chorizo are really good!!“

“I had the Al Pastor Burrito when the truck was parked outside for lunch. They park the truck outside, on Beverly Blvd and have seating area inside a building. The burrito was good and the salsas were good as well. I was happy with the burrito and felt full after eating it. It was a similar burrito from other truck locations. There wasn't anything special about it, but again it was good.“

“This company has been so responsive since the very first time I emailed them to request a quote! I cannot tell you what peace of mind that gave me and planning my husband’s birthday party. They are so amazing! Benito arrived early and had the food ready at five minutes before the start time for dinner. He was amazing! He was friendly and greeted all the guests. At the end of the evening he carefully packed up all of the food that was left and brought it inside. All of my guests were super impressed with the food! (The Pastor and Carnitas were my personal favorites). All of the food was excellent and the ingredients tasted fresh. The meat they had was seriously the best meat that I’ve had from a taco stand in a long time. I went with the traditional five meats, and paid extra and got Carnitas and jumbo lime shrimp. The price was great and the quality was even better! I will definitely be using them again anytime I need a catering. This was for my husband‘s birthday party and we had about 45 guests and I had tons of food left over and everybody ate a lot at the party.“

It was a new experience for us having to feed so many crew members, working around union scheduling requirements, etc - and Tro & his team were just fantastic along the way! Super flexible and accommodating when we had last minute adjustments. The spread they put out for staff each day was fantastic... well-rounded meals, a huge assortment of snacks & drinks and more! “The service was VERY friendly. My server, and several others, greeted me with genuine smiles. Started with Warak Enab Dolma/Sarma (stuffed grape leaves), which were excellent. They are the non-vinegar type which I much prefer, firm with plenty of rich olive oil. Then the Sea Bass entrée. Two full filets traditionally seasoned, a large salad, and potatoes. The tomatoes are perfect! Beautiful tea service. Very quaint atmosphere, friendly staff with genuine smiles, everything well presented. Will definitely be back.
