“I’ve been dining at Mah’s Kitchen in El Centro for over 15 years, and I can’t believe I’ve never left a review until now! This local gem consistently serves excellent NO-MSG Chinese food with warm, friendly service that makes you feel at home.
My go-to dish is Mongolian beef—perfectly seasoned and always tender. I also love their chicken fried rice—flavorful, fresh, and never greasy. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable.
Whether you’re a local or just passing through Imperial County, I highly recommend stopping by this Mama Park-run restaurant. It’s a true hometown favorite. Thank you, Mah’s Kitchen, Peter, Judith, and Maria for all the delicious meals and years of great service!

Vegetarian options: Kun Pao Chicken is my favorite dish. If you like spicy food, you must try it sometime. Or you may ask them to cook it with less pepper ?.
Kid-friendliness: This is a family restaurant, and everyone is welcome to enjoy delicious food and a nice family atmosphere.
Wheelchair accessibility: It has wheelchair accessibility. And they will arrange a table for you.“

“My favorite place for chowmein, teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, beef & broccoli, chicken & green beans, raspberry ice tea. Service is excellent, Happy staff, Manager is friendly and helpful. Consistent in both taste of food and great customer service. Highly recommended!

“So, I hit up Panda at 2380 S 4th St, El Centro, CA for dinner tonight. I don't know if they just finished a big order, but I had a slight wait. I asked if they had Pepper Chicken & String beans w Chiicken. They didn't, but they would make it for me. Food came out hot and fresh, and I was given 2 spring rolls for my wait. The gentleman had sincerely apologized to me for the wait, and for that alone, I give 5 stars all across the board.“

“Excellent food and service! Nothing compares! I have been going to China Palace for over 40 years and the food has always been top notch! I highly recommend the Mongolian Beef or Chicken, Egg Rolls, Sesame Chicken, Cantonese Broccoli, Salt & Pepper Shrimp, Cantonese Chicken, Cantonese Foo Yong, Sizzling Steak.....The list is endless! Jorge always provides the best service and Mario and Aurora are always so welcoming! A+++!“
