Visited when I went stopped by the area to go look for a store. It was a nice and cozy IHOP resteraunt in the corner of a strip mall. The person who served us was polite and overall enjoyed sitting down on a nice rainy day. I ordered eggs, sausage, and any pancakes of my choosing. I chose the (strawberry banana one, of course). Came in on a Monday morning. There were a few people inside. We were greeted and seated right away. The food cake out pretty quickly. I had the biscuit sandwich with hash browns. It was very good. I would order it again. My husband got the steak omelette he was happy. I tried the steak it was very tender and well seasoned.

The food was decent considering I didn't want to cook that morning. Hot, order was correct. Try to avoid on holidays and Sundays, super crowded and under staffed, just to get on the list had to wait 20-30 min.
