“Excellent donut place! I went in with high expectations cuz people be raving about this place. And my expectations met and exceeded!! Service is friendly and so attentive. I ask a few questions since it's my first time there and she was so patient and gave super good recommendations too. I got the cream puff which is so delightful, a ham and cheese croissant which is buttery and savory ooooof so good, a simple glazed donut which is soft and airy and a strawberry donut which is cake like in texture and deliciously sweet. To make things better she threw in a few donut holes for me. A few didn't make it home cuz I couldn't wait. They are so good too! And fun to eat. Another thing I wanna point out. I really appreciate the attention to detail. If you see the photo, she barriered the powered sugary cream puff from the savory item. Everything is also placed so neatly and just so nice to look at before digging in. The place is not big which gives cozy vibes. Very clean, the display case is shiny and arranged so beautifully.“
“The owner is the chef. He is kind, friendly and generous. The food is all fresh, and made at the moment with care (and very fast since he has a great oven). The portions are generous and the flavor is amazing. I was greatly surprised. Great fresh ingredients and great flavor. “A surprise birthday cake was ordered and paid for over the phone, and picked up within a few days of ordering. The cake was Strawberry Champagne; the flavor was not too sweet and each bite was perfection. We loved the artistic flair of the cak, as well. Will definitely recommend this bakery to everyone!“
“This place is fantastic. I am admittedly a novice when it comes to Korean desserts, so we had to try a variety of flavors for their Taiyaki including pizza, pumpkin, taro, custard and Nutella. The pizza one was a definite hit with our entire group, though I enjoyed the other flavors as well. We also tried the shaved milk ice with mangos and it was fluffy heaven. We will definitely go again soon. The customer service was fantastic and they were quite patient and very friendly.“
“Good food, though I wish I had been given a choice of the regular vs vegan cinnamon roll. Wasn't aware there were two kinds until I reviewed the online menu at home later. Also, buyers beware! I was overcharged. The printed menu listed one price, and I was charged another. When I pointed it out to our server, they didn't apologize. Just disappeared for 10 minutes before giving me an adjusted bill. Am thankful that the printed menu price was honored.“

“This is a cute bakery in downtown Folsom. There is some parking down the street, but otherwise close to the Folsom Powerhouse State Historic Park trails. What stands out about Faria is they make their own bread with stone-milled flour. The ingredients are sourced locally. The food tastes great! The restroom is not inside the bakery. Rather you need to walk inside toward the steakhouse. The downside is they close early.“
“We try to come here when we are in the area and it's always good. But once a year on this day, we are celebrating my late father and we always come in for treats. Not only is frank and his staff so kind, they seem to always have something delicious to eat in honor of my sweets loving dad. They are perfect for putting on a platter and serve to guests. My absolute favorites are the baklavas. The only place I was able to find amazing and authentic baklava was back at home in New York. When I tried these from Pastry Bites for the first time I was so impressed and felt like I was back in the city. The clean and neat white box that the pastries were in is such a nice presentation for giving as a gift as well. The owner is as sweet as her pastries; it’s an added bonus for me to support such a good person. I highly recommend pastry bites.“
