“What used to be a Mexican restaurant called “Judy’s Place’ in town to the locals couple years back now is called ‘Crockett Cocina’. This place and food is outstanding. I was browsing yelp and saw this on my radar. I had to check it out in person to see based on their ratings. I arrived here with my dad for an early dinner date. Street parking is available. Though the space is small, the place is clean. They provide indoor and outdoor seating. This is a family owned restaurant from the looks and how they act around their customers. I give my props to the chefs, they sure know how to cook it up haha! The pasta was filling and the bread that came with it was soft & crispy. The HouseMade Cioppino with the bread to dip in was to die for lol. And the churros was quite a lot but homemade makes it special! Churros we’re soft and crunchy, came with chocolate & caramel syrup, strawberry, and vanilla ice cream. Overall, the food was great, I’m sure I’ll be back for another visit!“

“I came across a reel on Instagram and today when we visited the Hall of Science I had to go to Southside Station. They have some of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. The chicken was crispy, big and tasty, the slaw was perfectly tangy and and the sauce hit the spot. Perfectly balanced flavors in a big delicious sandwich. In addition, we tried the garlic noodles and the curly fries whichwere really good. Portions are good. I recommend this hidden gem. I'm definitely going back for the sandwich and will try the other items on the menu.“

“My wife and I went to Pizza Twist, Hercules with a friend who is gluten intolerant. We were delighted to have ordered two Gluten Free Pizzas (Cauliflower crust). There are days where it’s perfect and delicious but there are also times where it’s extremely burnt and they serve it to you anyways.Over the years, the price of a tofu soup went up. I remember coming here when it was maybe 10-15 dollars per soup. I think it’s about 20 dollars today.“
