Please fix your seating. A bad look. My Mahi fish tacos were good. Fish was cooked perfectly and not overcooked. Tried the chicken soup which was not good, it is clearly a bad attempt trying to make chicken soup. They just took grilled chicken breast and a lot of salt, rice, avocado and dumped it into a small cup - avoid. Was there at night and the restaurant was cold. Who wants to eat in the cold? I have been here a couple of times, and the last two visits were disappointing. The food tasted bland, and the Mahi Mahi those smelled fishy. The tostada chips had zero salt, and the refried beans tasted watered down. It looked like what appeared to be the manager was there doing paperwork and had her receipts, laptop, and personal items strewn about one of the customer tables. I haven't had Rubio's in almost 10 years and it was better than I remember. The Gourmet Chicken Tacos were perfect and the hospitality was top notch. This is easily the best meal for under 15 bucks you can get.
