Specific issues: - Filthy floor - Unclean tables (including ours) - Lack of attention to detail despite sufficient staff With better focus on cleanliness, Pineapple Express could provide a more enjoyable experience. “This has been my favorite place for amazing Mexican Food since they opened. I've always felt like family there. Even when I was homeless they treated me with love and respect. It has an upscale club vibe with a beautiful bar that changes colors. We were quickly seated. Our waitress was friendly and knew the menu pretty well. I chose the filet mignon and was happy with the steak. It was tender and well seasoned. The vegetables weren't as good. Lastly, drinks were amazing. “Pizza was pretty good. The service could've been better. We ordered garlic knots that never came. This is the main reason, myself as a consumer, hate to tip restaurants before service is given. After letting the waitress know, she forgot. We asked for a refund on the knots & were obliged. No hard feelings on my end except to say the place wasn't real busy so I'm not sure how that slipped by.“
