“I’ve always had fun at each location. Most recently we went to the one in the Palladio. There’s always sports on multiple screens & our bartender was so thoughtful & talented. The hostess & everyone was so nice. They took pictures of us, played great music & were super attentive. I’ll keep coming back, love this place.“

What started as a spontaneous date day adventure led us to the charming streets of Historic Folsom, where we stumbled upon Plank’s Craft Kitchen & Bar — a rustic gem with just the right mix of cozy and cool. Our server was on point from start to finish — warm welcome, perfectly timed courses, and not once did our glasses go dry. Everything flowed with such ease, it felt like we were regulars. Main Course: We split the Cali Club — and it was everything. Super fresh, balanced flavors, and not a trace of that questionable chicken you sometimes get in sandwiches (IYKYK). The tater tots were golden and perfectly crunchy, and the trio of dipping sauces (chipotle, ranch, and ketchup) were clearly house-made and next-level tasty. In short, Plank’s delivered big time. Whether you’re planning a night out or just happen to wander in like we did, this place hits all the right notes — delicious food, creative drinks, and stellar service. We left full, happy, and already plotting our return.“

“Pleasantly surprised.....in the heart of Palladio in Folsom is a restaurant that caught my eye, Back Bistro. Today I made a stop just after 3pm, what a find! Happy hour everyday from 3 to 6pm. Great selection of happy hour appetizers and drinks. My favs were the Tequila Sour, Ahi Poke Wontons, Philly Cheese Steak Sliders, and Cajun fries. Limited but good beer specials as well. Great bar service, good value and specials, see pics. The place does not disappoint. I am definitely coming back.“

“Did you know there are but TWO Barnes & Noble Kitchens in the world? Folsom is so lucky to have one of those two! Honestly this is the best place for brunch on the weekends, with plenty of patio space, DELICIOUS food (their crispy potatoes are sooo addictive), and of course, surrounded by books and magazines to enjoy. Don’t walk, RUN here for brunch. You’ll thank me for it ?“

“Maybe the very best brussel sprouts I have ever eaten. Our server was so sure of herself, I decided to let her choose my dish. She picked the aioli spicy chicken sandwich (I would have picked a burger). I am glad I did. I was able to enjoy something delightful I may not have ever tried. Definitely a food stop in Folsom. I found it by looking at reviews. Represa Grill had the highest rating and well deserved.“

I'm not really a big fan of having to go to the counter to order and then have it delivered to the table. I like full service.
The people who do bring your food have just the right amount of attentiveness and leaving you be to do what you came to do.

The atmosphere could use some improvement I would rather see them look more like Urban Eats . It looks a little pedestrian somewhere between a California Chicken Cafe and a Raising Cane's. Those places are great and they both have good service but the atmosphere is for what type of restaurant it is which is pretty much not fine dining but just good food fast.

Haha it's not a Chuck e cheese or anything I don't mean that... I just mean the lighting could be a little nicer and maybe it would be good that you don't see the drink machine for refills right out the gate and maybe just not white walls with a few pictures but like something more... relaxing? Inspiring?

Slightly lower lighting with maybe soft white rather than harsh white. Just a little bit more work on the decor. The tables aren't bad.

The outdoor dining space is nice. I guess I would just like the whole decor to be a little less fast food looking because they really aren't fast food. They are healthy delicious food. When I was there it was really busy and it was later in the evening so the place is a hit. Definitely worth going.“

“PERFECTION! My wife and I have been meaning to try this place out for quite a while, but we end up going somewhere else. We FINALLY popped in on sunday, holy cow, the food was AMAZING. The cheesy pull-apart bread, beyond good, it was like crack. The pot stickers, house-made, and the best I've ever had. Not by a little, by a lot. My ruben sandwich was 10/10... best I've ever had... it displaced the previous first place from 20 years ago in New Orleans. My wife just had a salad, but it was a monster, super fresh, and had a ton of blue cheese crumbles on it. This dinner we had, it was destination grade, and there's no place we can think of in 50 miles that even comes close. You can tell they use top notch ingredients... just sooooo good. Wait staff was super friendly, it was just so good I can't even say it enough.

Back in December, my family was dining there when the owner came over and shared his story behind Riley’s, a tribute to a beloved Labrador who changed his life. Riley’s on Sutter has now become a special place for our family to gather and remember Wrigley.
