Trinity, our server, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She had a positive attitude that made the visit even better. Definitely coming back!“

“I came in about 2 days ago, I haven't been here in awhile, so I really did not know what to order, But I was helped by a really nice lady I think her name was Kim, she was really helpful told me about $7 fill ups and a couple other promotions that were going on she was super helpful and sweet the food was amazing, freshly made. Im glad I choose to come back here, would definitely recommend to my friends, the root beer floats are a classic.“

“Stopped for the first time here today. Actually I’m literally still in the middle of eating it in my car but oh my lord it’s so good, I need to post a review immediately lol. “I am not a big fan of any type of chicken, I kept driving pass Roostarz Hot Chicken because of my preference of the type of food that I enjoy eating. My wife told me that we should try this place and we did. I ordered the sliders ( no heat ),and my wife ordered the rice-n-Roos medium heat. She told me the next she’ll order the low heat. She told me that the rice was delicious. The french fry’s was very delicious and so was the sliders. The service was polite and informative about this restaurant cooking their food in peanut oil. So the first thing that I ate was the french fry, I was only going to try just one, but I couldn’t help myself and ate almost half before I started eating the chicken slider. The slider was delicious, and very tasty. The atmosphere was calm and refreshing, and this place is kid friendly. There’s wall mounted TVs, there’s also free games to play. There’s lots of parking and it also has handicap parking with wheelchair accessible. There’s also outdoor tables.“

“Shout out to Elijah!!! We so appreciated his help tonight. Thank you!! Tonight my family and I used the app to pick up food in the drive thru. We had an email allowing us a free chicken sandwich when you use the app. We don't eat out often so this was a treat for us. My husband had already used the app, so this was his second time in the app to get the free sandwich with our order. When we picked up our food, two of the young workers couldn't help us with this promotion, so we spoke with the manager. She also said sorry we can't help you! We were at the window and received our order, but had to order another item as the chicken sandwich was going to be my husband dinner and we wouldn't receive it. While we were trying to get this order going another young man came up to the window to help us! He heard about the situation and honored the free Chicken sandwich promotion. Everyone was kind regardless of the situation. We love this location and because of Elijah, we left happy customers.“

“Angry is great if you want hot. X-Hot has heat with flavor. I get one of each every time I go. All the other flavors else could be served to children. I sign their little waiver each time but it definitely isn’t hot enough to write home about. Chickens shouldn’t eat Chicken. Great food and Staff is quite friendly.“

“I ordered from KiKi's for the 1st time tonight. The food was made super fast and tasted great! But, the employees are the true superstars! Jose helped me and he was so kind and accommodating! (definitely management material!) I accidently dropped my bank card in the parking lot and they called me a short time later to let me know. I'm so appreciative! Great food & great staff!!💜💜“

“Food was overpriced but tasted alright. I wanted to comment on the staff, however. My food took forever only because a woman came in and asked them a slew of stupid questions and held up the line. But the staff was very accommodating and kind to her even though she was being difficult. Thank you for having good service!“

“I live about 2 miles away for 20+ years and I like KFC. But I'd quit going to this KFC years ago because of poor service and products.

That's been all turned around. I went back for a special 3-4 months ago and it's like a different store. Knowledgeable, friendly staff, helpful when ordering just an all around good experience. I waited until 4 or 5 more great experiences before writing this review.
