“This place has got a really dang good food with good ingredients. Service was friendly and made sure I was enjoying my chicken sandwich, which was prepared promptly. The sandwich was so good I completely forgot about trying the hot sauce which they recommended I try. The Folsom location at the time of me writing this review looks like it's still getting some final decorations and painting done. Other than that, it's an excellent place to grab an affordable bite to eat, which is something we see less and less of lately. Highly recommended if you want some fast-casual in Folsom!“

“I had a great experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken Folsom today! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. But what really stood out was the service. Trinity, our server, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She had a positive attitude that made the visit even better. Definitely coming back!“

“I came in about 2 days ago, I haven't been here in awhile, so I really did not know what to order, But I was helped by a really nice lady I think her name was Kim, she was really helpful told me about $7 fill ups and a couple other promotions that were going on she was super helpful and sweet the food was amazing, freshly made. “I am not a big fan of any type of chicken, I kept driving pass Roostarz Hot Chicken because of my preference of the type of food that I enjoy eating. My wife told me that we should try this place and we did. I ordered the sliders ( no heat ),and my wife ordered the rice-n-Roos medium heat. She told me the next she’ll order the low heat. She told me that the rice was delicious. The french fry’s was very delicious and so was the sliders. The service was polite and informative about this restaurant cooking their food in peanut oil. So the first thing that I ate was the french fry, I was only going to try just one, but I couldn’t help myself and ate almost half before I started eating the chicken slider. The slider was delicious, and very tasty. The atmosphere was calm and refreshing, and this place is kid friendly. There’s wall mounted TVs, there’s also free games to play. There’s lots of parking and it also has handicap parking with wheelchair accessible. There’s also outdoor tables.“

“I called and made a pick up order. I ordered 6/7 different items. He didn't tell me how much the order was going to be, he just said 15 minutes. When I picked up he also didn't give me the total. Just asked me to sign. It was 110.00. That's pretty pricey. You're averaging 15.70 a plate including one of the appetizers. The portions were good. Just shocked at the price of it all. I obviously wasn't expecting anything less than 80. But 110?“

“Shout out to Elijah!!! We so appreciated his help tonight. Thank you!! Tonight my family and I used the app to pick up food in the drive thru. We had an email allowing us a free chicken sandwich when you use the app. We don't eat out often so this was a treat for us. My husband had already used the app, so this was his second time in the app to get the free sandwich with our order. When we picked up our food, two of the young workers couldn't help us with this promotion, so we spoke with the manager. She also said sorry we can't help you! We were at the window and received our order, but had to order another item as the chicken sandwich was going to be my husband dinner and we wouldn't receive it. While we were trying to get this order going another young man came up to the window to help us! He heard about the situation and honored the free Chicken sandwich promotion. Everyone was kind regardless of the situation. We love this location and because of Elijah, we left happy customers.“

“this spot is such a hidden jam. The food is amazing. The service is amazing, they even provide gloves for you to eat with your fried chicken. The drinks are literally so fizzy and amazing like if you don’t know where to go for Korean fried chicken go here. and the price you CANT beat sooooo affordable !!!“

“Love Canes! However this location mismanaged their inventory and ran out of medium cups and instead of just giving large cups they up charged each customer for large cups. We paid to cover for their problems. (Edit-changed to five as management contacted me and rectified issue)“
