“Pleasantly surprised.....in the heart of Palladio in Folsom is a restaurant that caught my eye, Back Bistro. Today I made a stop just after 3pm, what a find! Happy hour everyday from 3 to 6pm. Great selection of happy hour appetizers and drinks. My favs were the Tequila Sour, Ahi Poke Wontons, Philly Cheese Steak Sliders, and Cajun fries. Limited but good beer specials as well. Great bar service, good value and specials, see pics. The place does not disappoint. I am definitely coming back.“

“From start to finish Zocalo delivered. We sat outside and between the music, the beautiful plants, and lighting…we felt like we were in a Mexican villa. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly and the food was delicious. We will be back!“

“As always, fantastic! The food is consistently wonderful! The espresso drinks are delicious. Dessert is fabulous. We enjoyed the grilled salmon entree, terriyaki skirt steak, pistachio cake and Carmel gelato. So glad they have non-alcoholic beer. Looking forward to the new summer entrees the Chef is preparing to introduce.“

There were six of us and we all ordered something different off the menu and we tasted and shared everything and it was excellent…… I would not consider this to be pub food……. it is exceptional! “I went to the pantry on Saturday and I cannot stop thinking about me experience!
My server Madison was not only so kind and attentive, she was amazing. Her energy was so genuine. She was on it! She made sure me and my family were well taken care of. It was genuinely the best server I have had in such a long time. I will definitely be going back to the pantry just because customer service like that is very hard to come by and on top of that she was so busy but still managed to make sure we had everything we needed
The pantry just earned loyal customers my family cant stop talking about the service and hard work that young lady put in Definitely 10 out of 10, and thank you to the pantry

“We tried 3 different shareable foods (steak nachos, Hot wings, and fried pickles) and they were all great. Started with a Caesar Salad that was also good. Lots of parm and fresh lettuce. The only thing I would change is request extra dressing next time. Had a mocktail called Don't Mock the Dragon (dragon fruit and strawberry/lime flavors) and it was definitely something that I'll order again. Good service, clean establishment, cool decor. 5s all around. We'll be going back to try the burgers.“

“I recently had the pleasure of attending a 5-course Tequila dinner event at Encanto Tequila Bar on this incredible June evening in 2024. I can confidently say that it was a remarkable experience. The combination of fantastic company and exquisite food, curated by Chef Juan, made it a truly unforgettable evening. Every dish was not only delicious but also expertly paired with various types of Casamigos Tequila, enhancing the flavors in the most delightful way. This event truly deserved its 5-star rating, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.“
