“We all have hard days. So we were in Folsom for the Holiday art and craft fair today and saw Plank so we decided to go in. We were seated quickly and our water and drinks were ordered. Luke was on it and attentive to all of our needs, started the heater for us. It was a little chilly. Brought out our drinks and took our order! Sadly, after our appetizer came and we were finishing it, we were informed by the manager that there had been a mistake and our order had been lost. So she took our order and was very apologetic. Not two minutes later, our salads were served. 3-4 min after that our entrees . All perfect order and in service. When Luke served us, he was very apologetic and shared his mistake with us. The service here was impeccable and they made everything right! They made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and served in a timely order despite the hiccup. The food was amazing. We had the Caprese sandwich, fresh and delicious. We had the grilled artichoke, which was amazing with great sauces. And we had the steak chimichurri sandwich. I would highly recommend going and checking these guys out!!! The drinks were epic too !!! And thanks again, Luke and the lovely manager lady !!!!“

If you plan to go on a Friday or Saturday night, expect to have a great time with karaoke as they have this every week.Service on drinks can vary depending on how busy the establishment is on a given night, weekends are usually a 5-10 minute wait for a drink but the staff are very friendly and outgoing. April on Friday nights and the KJ Rosalie are a double team duo that is sure to make your night entertaining and fun!If you're looking to play pool, they have two tables at $1.50 available to play, one of them doesn't always work all the time unfortunately so there could be a wait to play if only one of the tables are working.Drinks are always tasty and at a reasonable price for the area, unless you plan on going hard that night, you'll probably spend around $50-$70 a night per person.Highly recommend this establishment as one of the top places to go in rancho Cordova.“

“Late breakfast delight! This was right across from where we stayed. We hit this on a late Saturday morning which appeared to be a peak hour. We waited about 5min for a table. Our servier was kind and knowledgable.about the menu. Fresh OJ was delicious. My Shashuka was very good. The creme brulee franch toast was hit and my husband said the chicken and waffles were the best he had ever experienced and commented that never has he had a plate come out looking exactly like the photo. I would hear here again given the opportunity.“

“I took my parents out to Brio last night and it was excellent. The food was cooked perfect, everything was delicious. My server Melanie Evans went above and beyond to make sure my parents had a great meal. I could not have asked for better service. I definitely will be going back!!!!“

“Went to The Brass Tap last night for the first time and for my wife's early birthday celebration.

A few highlights:
1. Service and ambiance are fantastic, especially if you love sports. Service truly was the hero, but more on other good stuff and opportunities to come.

2. Drinks - My wife had a nice Chardonnay and I enjoyed one of the many fantastic brews on draft and in bottle. A small nit pick would be if you arrive during happy hour and last drinks just served outside of happy hour, as it was busy, let's not upcharge as if we arrived after happy hour ended.

3. Food - We ordered a small appetizer of loaded crinkle cut fries. If you don't like sour cream, make sure to ask for it to be left off, but bacon, cheese, and fries together were awesome. The Mrs asked for sliced jalapeños on top and wouldn't you know, they were freshly cut vs jar bought. Kudos and truly made the difference.

We moved into dinner and it didn't miss, in fact, my wife's soft tacos and my flat bread option were both very good. With the soft tacos, the chips and salsa (nice kick) were spot on!!

Not looking for an area to critique, but the restaurant could use some detail on the walls and a revamp of the falling apart and extremely dirty menus, but the outstanding service with a smile won over the visit.

Guess one last thing I would mention, as I overheard one employee try to explain the best they could do was window tint doing very little to step setting sun from blinding so many, would be to but rollable shades on all windows.

I thank you for making the dinner enjoyable for my wife and the birthday wishes, right after we paid, were a special touch as well.“

“They have Karaoke on Wed which was really fun. This BLT was to die for. Triple Decker with Avocado and I had them put the Jalapeño on the side. Shoestring fries were yummy. My friend got a burrito that was less than stellar and totally different from the menu description, she liked it though. The interior is big and has a stage right in the middle. It was hot outside but inside was cool and comfortable. The stairs were the biggest drawback lol.“
