Great tasting healthy food at an affordable price! Tried El Pollo Loco after moving to Sacramento and now go once a week. Great service by Andrew, as well! He is the definition of customer service. He can read people and tell if you're in a hurry or need a food recommendation. Thanks to Andrew and the great food, I'll be back again (and likely once a week)!
We visited the Folsom location and went in to order, they were exceptional in customer service going above our expectations! Not only the cashier taking our order but the cooks ect. With the food being very good and the customer service we will DEFINITELY be coming back.
Placed an order online and it was ready relatively quickly,BUT.... once I left the place I realized there were no napkins, utensils, salsa I asked for on the online order and extra items I paid for to be in that order. Also my side of vegetables was still in its plastic baggie shoved in the paper cup. I tried calling them to have them fix it, but the line is constantly busy indicating that it’s either disconnected or taken off the hook, so no help there. Tried contacting their...read full review
