“Stopped at this place as I was traveling back home & craving Pho. I was pleasantly greeted coming in the door. The Pho was so delicious! The rest of the menu looked yummy as well! The staff was very attentive during my meal. Will definitely return next time I’m in Folsom!“

The bread on the banh mi was incredible as well. Had adult beverages available, but did not partake in those. Will definitely be returning.“

“Love it! Food tastes so good and flavorful. We came for lunch on Saturday but it took them less than 15 minutes to make all these dishes. Cucumber salad was refreshing and crunchy! Green beans were so yummy, fried rice had a lot of eggs and it’s delicious!!! Be back soon ❤️‍🔥“

“The food here is great and the portion sizes are really big. You can easily feed 2 people on 1 meal, no problem. The service was quick and the food tasted great.
Food: We got the general chicken noodle plate and the Kung Pao chicken.

Came again and the portion sizes were still great. We got chow Mein with sesame chicken and Kung Pao.“

“I've eaten here probably close to 30 times since they opened, including pickups during covid. There's a few Ramen spots around Roseville at this point, but they are the best. For that classic Ramen, just get the fukumi ramen with spicy on the side. Also, for when they finally open indoor dining, they sell beer for like 3ish dollars, which is awesome.

Edit 4 years later: I can track inflation with my fukumi takeout receipts. Have probably had close to 300 bowls of ramen from them.
Still the best around the area despite numerous other spots opening. Their thick noodles just hit different. The only criticism I have is that occasionally hey have an off day with the broth tasting slightly less umami. Not sure if it's the broth itself, or maybe the aromatic oil being different, so if you try them a single time and it was so so, that could be why. Also, their beer prices went up, but what can you do. Still 5 stars 🤝“

“I ordered their Cashew nut chicken from the lunch special. It had lots a veggies and the chicken had a nice flavor and was not chewy like at some other places. It came with a wonton but no sauce. The wonton was not crunchy and not very good. The fried rice was cooked well and tasty. The portion for lunch was good. I wish it was a little less greasy.“

“Excellent food and service. We enjoyed everything we got. My only suggestion would be renaming the "county curry" and moving it off the curry list. Nothing about it said "curry" to me. Not the flavor, texture, thin sauce... It wasn't bad, just if you're expecting anything like any form of standard Thai curry (red, green, yellow, panang, massaman...) you'll be disappointed.“

“We are long time visitors to Blue Nami and we love the convenience and how easy it is to also order it to go, the atmosphere is really cool. Kind of feels like Pirates of the Caribbean in there. The food is delicious my favorites the yummy yummy roll, crazy fly the lion King and the Jack special. If you love sushi, you will love this place. It taste so delicious. “Passed by here earlier this afternoon with a family friend before bringing him home so He could go to work at 1:00PM. This is My first time going to this Vietnamese restaurant in Citrus Heights. I've seen this place before when I was riding Bus Route #1 going from Sunrise Mall Transit Center to Watt/I-80 Light Rail Station. I ordered a #1 Noodle Soup, Large Bowl and Root Beer with light ice. The other person ordered a #1 Noodle Soup, Small Bowl and Heineken Beer.“

“Service was pretty slow given that we were the only ones there and no online orders were being filled. The food is also quite expensive. Regardless, the taste is unbeatable. I have been coast to coast and not had better bao's than the ones here.“
