“Really enjoyed the beef soup. My daughter got the pho and liked mine better. I felt the same the beef was great. The customer service wasn't spectacular but it wasn't bad. Got the shrimp fried rice and for like 18 dollars only got 4 shrimp. The soups were huge and very filling. Spent about 70 dollars for 3 of us. I'd visit again just with lower expectations.“

The portions aren’t small, but I’d say the food lacks a certain soul—I can’t quite explain it 😂 I visit pho restaurants very often and feel like I know what a good pho should taste like. “We come here during the fall and winter for our Pho it's soo delicious whether you get the chicken or the shrimp or beef. They're all delicious. We've tried them all. My kids usually get the chicken fried rice, which is very tasty and there's just the right amount of chicken on there and also the egg rolls are really good!
The service is quick you get your food less than 15 minutes after you get there and order. They also have the convenience of ordering over the phone for pick up. I will say that sometimes when they're busy, they can be a little short with the customers, but it's understandable because they're busy.
The older staff is always really great. There is a younger woman there that doesn't have the best customer service, but nothing too major. I definitely would recommend this place. It's so inviting on the inside. They have lots of seating in the dining area and it's always very clean.“

“I absolutely loved dining at this restaurant! The best part was that it was open until 10 PM, which was perfect since I was searching for Pho places nearby. The vegetable noodle soup was amazing, with good vegetables, and came with a delicious chicken broth. We also tried different types of spring rolls, and they were quite filling. They have good booth seating too, which makes it cozy. The service was great, and the food was comforting. A must-visit local spot for pho lovers in Southern California!“

“My first time ordering there. I feel under the weather and I order the Pho Special.. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant,when I got there they had quite a few people so that means something...that is a good place!!! The soup hit the spot.. was very good and tasty. Good food, friendly staff and for the price was not bad at all.

“Definitely one of the better pho spots in Riverside and trust me, I don’t say that often about the pho around here! I’ve tried pretty much every pho place in town, so I’ve got a solid sense of what’s good. The flavor here is on point, and it’s definitely worth the visit. My only suggestion is to double check your bag before heading out. I called ahead to place my order and specifically asked for extra chili oil since I was picking up, but I only got one. Small hiccup, but other than that, great spot & friendly staff!“

“The name says it all, #1 Pho Noodle & Grill might actually be our new favorite pho spot. The staff was really friendly and made us feel welcome right away.

My husband and I shared the shrimp spring rolls to start, and they were fresh and really good. I ordered the spicy beef noodle soup. The broth was rich, savory, and full of flavor, and the beef was cooked perfectly, super tender. My husband had the seafood pho and said it was the best he’s had in a long time.

Safe to say we’ll definitely be coming back again.“
