“My Family and I went here, and we enjoyed eating here. The food was amazing it felt like a home-cooked meal, the pho soup was amazing, one of the best I've ever had. The service was also great, they respect your space and when u need something they are attentive. The atmosphere was cool, with a cliff view of the neighborhood and awesome music.“

“The food here is amazing. My issue is when I call to make a pick up order the phone is disconnected. Ordering through delivery the prices are almost 2x as high. So because of this I ended up going to Popeye's. I love eating here dining in, but they need to fix their website/phone and do better by the customers so we can order through them directly. It's completely unaffordable to order pickup through the services that were available and for no reason. They have no website running. I've also been charged too much for a drink here, like way too much so I recommend confirming the price of what you're ordering as you order it here. It's that's kind of place. But the food is delicious ?“

The pricing is great; a large bowl (and it is large) runs $10 (June '22), which is about as much as I expect to pay for a small bowl at a lot of other places. 4 stars because the benches were a little dirty, and I will reevaluate on future visits. “I get the same thing every time I visit this place. The steamed rice with shrimp, beef and egg roll. It comes with a little baggy of pickled carrots and cabbage which for some reason really rounds out the meal. The food is fresh every time. It's not loaded down with oil, it's just very clean. I'm full every time I finish my plate and I'm borderline obese which means I can eat forever, so the food is very satisfying. It's got a clean environment and the staff puts out positive vibes so you're not met by an Asian lady with a scowl.“

“We tried all the Pho in most Riverside county. We like to go to Pho Ha but Pho Anh is another great place to go. Service is excellent and no pressure on the check ( not like Pho Ha the lady is staring at you when you tip her )
Great selections on pho and good size, very generous portions. The banh mi beef is not the dry grilled texture but more watery saute taste which is not my favorite, not the typical one. For the rest they deserve a high rating.“

“The best phở restaurant in the area, bar none. Food is always consistently flavorful and comes out immediately, the service is quick and friendly and the tables and restaurant itself are always so clean.Can’t go wrong with their traditional phở, but their chicken (phở ga) is my favorite. Broth is sumptuous for something so simple and the garlic they add elevates the umami. Can’t recommend this place enough.“

“Upon entering it was warm inside and a/c would occasionally turn on. Didn’t like that too much.
It is small inside so no large parties may join unless you call ahead and reserve maybe?
All employees greeted us as we walked in so that was welcoming.
Ordered the #9 pho broth and didn’t have to add much of any sauce to the broth just a squeeze of lime. It was delicious.
The thai tea is very sweet but I enjoyed it as well.
Our servers were friendly and attentive.
