However, the true star of the show or better said, the wines best supporting actress, was Camille who showed us around today. She emulated her clear passion for wine and reverence for the Kistler brand during our tasting today. Every question had answer and she was very attentive during our discussion experience today. Her knowledge, friendliness, and warmth was the hallmark of our experience.

It was clean at 2:30 in the afternoon and they get business, today's Saturday. The bathroom was clean, which is hard to find these days, I mean really clean. Here is a big one, no flies. “I’ve gone to the Forestville club several times and I always have a good time. Last night I went and when I left, I did not feel normal. I had a couple beers, but I felt very intoxicated and very unwell the next day which does not happen to me from two beers. Ladies watch yourselves don’t leave your drink unattended and watch them pour. I didn’t leave my beer but the bartenders back is to me when he poured, that’s not gonna happen again. I’m 57 and I know what a hangover feels like, this was not that.”

“We had a great prix fixe meal of 3 courses but the also offer 5 courses. No bad selections except for the cauliflower steak. I don’t think that is worth a steak or shrimp pasta but that is my opinion. Outdoor dining is available and they have heaters by the wall of sliding windows that open up totally he outside. Awesome deserts. I had the cookie butter cheesecake. I died and went to heaven.”

It is a fine line when adding a flash fried avocado to a dish that’s usually served cold. Vallete executes it perfectly! For the main course, the Dry-Aged Duck is a must-try. Crispy skin, succulent meat, and a medley of locally sourced seasonal veggies. Dessert is not an afterthought here. Strongly Suggest even if we do not have room at the end we always order the ItsNotA ‘Snickers Bar’ Deux. Service is impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and the staff exudes genuine passion for the food and wine they serve. We love the whole team but especially Aaron-Jake-Sean-Isaac are amazing !?!?”

“I had a wonderful experience at Bricoleur! We did the Rooted Tasting and they were very accommodating to my dietary restrictions of no pork/shellfish, and even better- that didn't make me sacrifice quality at all! The dishes were amazing, my husband said his scallop dish was his favorite thing he ate all trip.

It was all paired very well and we very much enjoyed our wines-- the pinots and the Isla Rose rosé were my favorites.

For anyone who doesn't want to do formal pairings, they also offer delicious pizzas and a bowl of french fries the size of my head. My toddler was in heaven.

The property is massive and stunning-- would be a great place for an event!
