“This is an excellent family-friendly restaurant. We have been visiting Dino’s for breakfast regularly, and this new location, owned by the same people, is a wonderful addition. It’s a great spot for lunch, dinner, or happy hour. All loyal customers of Dino’s should definitely give this place a try.

A note for vegetarians: they offer excellent vegetarian options as well.“

“Update August 2025: temporarily removing one star as they have very rigid ordering. Could not add a second patty to my surf and turf combo? I’m willing to pay extra, they said they can’t because the system won’t allow it. That’s pretty silly that they can’t physically cook and add a second patty just because their “system” won’t allow it? I’ll check back in a few weeks and update my review of this is fixed.

Wow! This place is GREAT! It’s definitely gourmet. Think juiciness of The Melt, casualness of In-N-Out, but gourmet quality of a proper restaurant (delicate buttery brioche buns, better quality meat), with your college town burger shack vibe. I hope they’re here to stay because this is going to be my new spot. Only wish they were open later (i.e. 11pm)!“

“This is a diner and bakery with good diner food and excellent pies. I remember Nations in Oakland on Broadway near Jack London Square being 24/7 and close to the Oakland Police Department. When witnesses needed a meal quick, hot, good for a senior ripped off by a neighborhood banger or a witness to a murder being interviewed at 3AM Nations was the place. Fremont Nations is now a go to for excellent pies for family sweet tooths. Atmosphere is clean, corporate but conversation friendly. A nice place to meet sources of information and witnesses not under threat.“

“I finally found the shawarma I was looking for! For more than a decade I have searched for doner kebabs that prepare meat like the ones they do in Paris (the way the Moroccans and Algerians make it). And these folks do wonderful shawarma / kebabs. We ordered beef gyro, chicken gyro and crispy chicken burger. All of the food was 5/5. We were greeted by a super kind gentlemen named Aziz who made us feel at home.

I totally recommend this place. Will come back to try their chapli kebab next time.“

“Delicious burgers with options to suit all tastes. They have beef, chicken, and veggie patties as well as some without Pakistani spices for picky eaters like my daughter. They also have loaded quesadillas with fries and their signature spicy sauce which are amazing. They also have a good variety of shakes. We’ve had the mango and the Oreo Never Boreo.“

“Where do I even begin, this diner has always had a special place in my heart. I say that because once I walked 3 hours to get here and back. Not only that but their breakfast special made it worth it. I’m also thankful that I get to take my dad here for brunch. My favorite breakfast item has to be the ‘love me tender’. Their chicken fried steak is to die for. Not only that but their burgers are especially delicious. I love the Jalapeño cheddar burger myself.Given the prices now of fast food now this Diner’s food is even more justifiable. Given the fact they’re very generous with their portions especially to regular customers which I have honor of becoming. I’d recommend this place in a jury of my peers. Or just in passing.“

“On my way home from visiting Dad at the cemetery. Came in for a pizza slice. Learned they were customizable with choice of toppings, so I ordered my favorite; mushroom and olives.

“slice” is an understatement; it's larger than most personal pizzas at other places, and almost made me regret ordering the wings, almost. A dozen and I could split the sauces. Dove into the food before I could take pictures.

Place had a family vibe. Two families (parents and kids) when I walked in. Despite being Xmas Eve pretty busy for 3pm.

“I just had the freshest Jr bacon cheeseburgers ive ever experienced. Bun was perfect. Lettuce was cold. Condiments were even. I liked it so much I actually am taking the time to write this review which I absolutely never do. Staff was super friendly. I could just tell theres good energy there tonight. Fantastic“

“Not sure what is up with the people reviewing this place. Been coming here for years. The staff has always treated me with kindness and respect. For a fast food joint, the burgers are always juicy and the fries are usually right out of the fryer. I really don't know what more you can ask for. It is an older building so it has its issues which is why I knocked atmosphere. So I just take it togo.

Folks need to understand, it's fast food, not Ruth's Chris. Also that new Ghost burger is amazing.“

“It was just a regular McDonald's where food was fast but small but they got my Vanilla Iced Coffee wrong(Not much of a difference but it was noticeable). They were fast with their work and were good at what they did. The sitting area itself was relatively uncrowded and it just felt like another McDonald's“

“I was traving through California. Stayed at a hotel in Fremont. I was able to just walk over to Applebee's. Ordered online, staff was ready and courteous. My order was ready when I got there. I had one small issue with no dressing for my salad and was given a discount for my next visit. No big deal, I would go back again. Thanks :)“

The beverage machine is outside the counter. Check the information and drinks can be refilled. Since you rarely buy drinks here, this is a nice perk late at night, especially now that the weather is hot.“
