“I went to this Chipotle Mexican Grill for lunch today. Before I ordered what I wanted to have, I went to their restroom first. To my surprise, I had never seen such a clean restroom in the San Francisco Bay area fast food restaurant I had visited before. It can be seen that the manager with the excellent leadership/management and staff maintain the restaurant's excellent service quality, and food safety and hygiene. Then I ordered a Chicken bowl with guacamole, sat down, and enjoyed the chicken, green salad, cheese, corn, guacamole, brown rice, and two kinds of beans. The Chicken Bowl was so large that I couldn't finish it and had to pack it up to take home. In conclusion, I will come here again and again in the future.“
“Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are awkward and make sure you leave using the same entrance door.....many people mistakenly leave using the patio door which locks behind you and the only exit if to jump over the fence, squeeze between a wall and a pillar or call for help.“
“Someone took my meal before my arrival. The lady at pick up counter helped me redo one. I highly recommend to ask customer to show the email confirmation in order to pick up. Otherwise, it will keep happening that wrong person picked the wrong meal.“
