One time they got my order wrong and gave me 2 asada tacos instead of 2 Al Pastor tacos, they gladly fixed the issue and gave me the 2 Al Pastor tacos that I ordered and I kept the other 2 they gave me at first. I have lived in whittier my whole life and I can say that the food from this food truck is the best from any other food truck I've had.“

“Churros was not bad, crispy on the outside and doughy enough on the inside. Left a weird after taste and unpleasant sensation in my throat after eating. Wouldn’t purchase them again with those prices. Definitely pass on the horchata, tastes like bubble gum, wasn’t cinnamon-y, and grainy. It was a large cup for $4 but only took two sips and threw it out.

“I grabbed a Cubano today while meeting friends at Brewery X... this was a generous portion of sandwich with LOTS of tender, delicious pork. The pickles mixed with the mustard and flavors perfectly. I had to bring the second half home because it was so much in one half of the sammy! Thanks guys!“

“We stopped by after dinner around 8pm on a Friday and found a nice crowd already gathered! Churros are made fresh in their food truck, and you place your order at the stand next to it.

They usually accept cards, but their Square reader was down during our visit, so we made a quick run to the CVS across the street for cash. The prices are incredibly affordable, and for a group of four, we ordered 10 churros, 2 dipping sauces, and a buñuelo.

Everything came out warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I wish I had taken a photo of the churros, but we devoured it all before I even thought to reach for my phone—definitely check out other reviewers' pics!“

They used to have baja shrimp and baja fish, but now the truck is known for grilled seafood tacos. I highly recommend grilled octopus and shrimp tacos without cheese. For my birthday, my wife catered from Evan's, and they nailed it. One of the standout items was the smoked chicken, and let me tell you — the tray of chicken thighs they delivered looked like something straight out of a championship turn-in box.

Each thigh had a beautifully rendered, bite-through skin — a true pitmaster's touch — and the meat was perfectly juicy, coming clean off the bone without falling apart. Flavor? On point. Smoke? Clean and balanced. It was BBQ chicken perfection.
