“It’s definitely a local place since the staff know the majority of folks walking in the door, asking how are they doing? Their family, works, etc. it makes you warm and homey feeling. Easy parking and the place is clean and bright and spacious with both inside and outside seating. Plenty choices of bagels and morning cake (coffee cake). Plus variety of coffee and smoothies plus fresh squeezed juices. The bagel is soft and delish with great texture outside and toppings. The homemade cream spread is delicious and comes with varies choice of favor. Fantastic service overall. Will definitely comeback for more. Prices wise, decent & affordable.“

I can honestly say that this place has some of the BEST bagels ever. I think it’s very much on par with NYC bagels, which ifykyk is the ULTIMATE bagel compliment.

When I say everything was delicious, I genuinely mean it. My favorite had to be the Nova Delight (Lox) and the Pastrami Sandwich. The salmon in the Nova Delight was perfectly seasoned and fresh, while the HUGE amount of pickled onions added that sour flavor. The Pastrami Sandwich was also incredible because they pack all their sandwiches. The pastrami didn’t have that slimy feel/aftertaste that I sometimes experience.

The drinks were also super good. The Cloud Matcha was the perfect amount of sweetness and the orange juice was just the perfect drink to go with your breakfast. They prepare their orange juices daily and add no sugar to it.

Overall, everything was SUPER delicious, and I will definitely be back 100% ⋆˙⟡♡

“Delicious, fresh, soft bagels! This place is a must try if you’re looking for fresh bagels. I come here all the time to get a half dozen. They have many flavors, Asiago, jalapeño, everything, garlic, sun dried tomato, sourdough, blueberry, wheat, poppy, coconut; and so many more. They also have tubs of cream cheese you can buy, I tried the chive & onion cream cheese and the Lox (smoked salmon) cream cheese, both SO good!
Once you try these, you can’t go back to store-bought bagels.“

“The oven was down for the coffee shop. I usually go to so I was looking for a breakfast place that was no fuss and fairly quick and easy for me to just get something to eat. Something cross my mind to check out some bagels and I looked around and saw this location that seemed to fit what I was looking for. it’s a fairly quiet and seem to have younger people that come to this location. The girls that were working, there were very polite and very sweet and very helpful with what I was looking for. Considering I wasn’t sure what I wanted to eat, they were very helpful with me. I ended up ordering the veggie breakfast bagel without sprouts and I was pleasantly surprised how delicious it was. It was loaded with eggs and in this economy, I feel like I struck gold. I wish to take a photo, but I will definitely come back to order it again and maybe something else and take all the photos. If you’re in a mood for breakfast bagels, I recommend giving this place a shot!

I also left with a blueberry bagel and jalapeño and cheese bagel.

And as someone that stresses out a little bit if menus are a bit complicated or it’s hard for me to figure out what is what everything is clearly labeled, and I really appreciate the attention to detail to labeling the bagels on the display.“

“The store has a cozy and warm atmosphere. The friendly owners provide friendly explanations. They toast delicious bagels warmly. I ordered morning rush coffee recommended by the male owner and ate it with cream cheese on the seat in front of the store. The bagels were chewy and very delicious. The coffee was also great. I appreciate the variety of freshly baked bagels, along with a selection of cream cheese flavors. A few favorite items include toasted bagels with lox-flavored cream cheese, breakfast/omelette bagel sandwiches, and the Lox City bagel, which is perfect for hungrier mornings. The hot coffee options are good with your standard creams, sugars, and spices.

The traditional and specialty sandwiches served on a Dutch Crunch roll are also delicious. Additional food items include classic muffins, fresh rolls, croissants, and flavored cream cheeses to take home. The drinks available feature a variety of coffees, juices, smoothies, boba, teas, and more.

“What a great hidden gem in Los Alamitos! I ordered an Americana bagel on jalapeño bread, a hot tea and an iced vanilla chai, everything was delicious. Plus they have ice nugget machine which I prefer instead of the big ice chunks for iced drinks!
The iced vanilla chai was SO good, much much better than its big corporation competitors. I will definitely come again. Both girls behind the counter were very kind and patient and gave me the WiFi password and gave me recommendations. They really made you feel at ease. “Quick service and reasonably priced bagels; this must be the only place in a 10 mile radius where one can get a lox bagel for less than $10. However, on two occasions, I requested a sesame seed bagel and was told that none were available to find that not two minutes after my order a fresh batch is brought out. I now find it necessary to ask about what bagels are to come, as less than ten minutes is no bother to wait. It is also also a tad difficult to find this Einstein Bros. Bagel if you know not where to look: it is located inside the Phoenix Food Court, and the presence of the bagel shop is not advertised from outside.“

“We did our team building lunch here and pre-celebrated one of our team members’ birthdays. Our waiter Chris was very accommodating and gave us plenty of attentive services. The atmosphere is also awesome. It’s cozy and very home-like. Great choices on the menu. My Thai Wrap was good, very fresh. My only wish was that the wrap itself has more taste so I don’t have to rely on the sauce to flavor it. The the sauce is yummy.“

“Pros: Went in for a quick breakfast bite, and the menu had so many options. I got the Bacon, Avocado, & Tomato Egg White Sandwinch! It was delish!
My Cashier had a problem ringing up a gift card for me so they went to get the manager. Manager was quick to figure out the problem and help me purchase the gift card. Excellent customer service!

Con: (& warning): the parking lot is very small for all the businesses that are within this shopping center. We had to park several rows over in front of Sprouts.“

“I love coming here for the bagels with cream cheese. The food is good but it is expensive, be ready to pay premium prices. Anyway, there’s a lady at the front counter which seems to be the leader but seems to always be mad. Also, I noticed her sticking out her tongue for some reason, and being that it’s a food facility it looks a bit gross. The food is good the bagels are awesome. Please talk to this person, when I came she seemed to be upset with the employees. Maybe it was just me but the tongue sticking out is a no no.“
