“Oh man, this donut shop is an absolute gem! Stopped by this morning and was blown away by the fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth donuts--every bite was pure bliss. I've had every donut and let me tell you, nostalgic and brings you back to childhood memory lane that just hit all the right spots. The staff was super friendly, hooked me up with a fresh batch, and the vibe in there is so cozy and welcoming. The smoothies are on point too! Honestly, I'm already craving my next visit. Five stars, hands down!

“Ive been meaning to go to 5th Ave Bagelry and I was finally able to make it in today. I wanted something savory and I was recommended the Asiago cheese bagel with plain cream cheese. “Everything was exceptionally good. I decided on The Dodger which was fresh, delicious, and everything a smoked salmon bagel should be. My partner always goes for a basic sesame with cream cheese and said it’s the best he’s had on the West Coast. Even the fresh orange juice was delicious. I wish we lived closer as we’d be here super frequently. Don’t miss out on this Costa Mesa gem!!!“

“Plenty of parking and convenience since it’s right on the corner of 2 streets and right next to 405 freeway entrance. Got couple tables & chairs outside for seating, clean, spacious and well set up inside with minimal clean cut decor and high chair seatings. Got a small coffee station. Clear and plenty varies bagel choices. Nice & friendly service. Easy & quick order. Hot pizza with double toasted w/ cream cheese. Bagel is nice and good with pizza flavor. Generous cream cheese filling. Overall nice & tasty bagel with good service.“

“Delicious, fresh, soft bagels! This place is a must try if you’re looking for fresh bagels. I come here all the time to get a half dozen. They have many flavors, Asiago, jalapeño, everything, garlic, sun dried tomato, sourdough, blueberry, wheat, poppy, coconut; and so many more. They also have tubs of cream cheese you can buy, I tried the chive & onion cream cheese and the Lox (smoked salmon) cream cheese, both SO good!
Once you try these, you can’t go back to store-bought bagels.“

“My son and I went here last Saturday at his request. I ordered a cinnamon roll and he had an everything bagel. Both were excellent and reasonably priced. Service was also very good.

What would have made the experience better is freshly grounded coffee. I know there is a Starbucks less than 100 yards away that they would compete against but sometimes it is matter of convenience if one is ordering in.“

“The store has a cozy and warm atmosphere. The friendly owners provide friendly explanations. They toast delicious bagels warmly. I ordered morning rush coffee recommended by the male owner and ate it with cream cheese on the seat in front of the store. The bagels were chewy and very delicious. The coffee was also great. “The apple fritter had a Mexican flavor to it, it was surprising but good. My son had a donut twist, my other son had donut holes and they both enjoyed it. We shared a maple old fashioned and it was yummy. We are Spanish speakers and didn’t have a problem ordering. For all that it was $5.40, seems affordable !“

“My second time here, but many more visits to come. The donuts are fresh, the sandwiches are made fresh, the Vietnamese coffee is the perfect blend of sweet with a strong coffee flavor. I ordered the #2 sandwich, ham egg and cheese on white bread, and I asked them to heat up the ham because I am pregnant and cannot eat cold deli meat, they did it no problem! For such a simple sandwich, it is filled with flavor! 10/10 will reccomend others to try this place out.“

“2026 Update: Prices have sharply increased 2025-2026 with a few price increases, and service has declined in two our recent Spring 2026 visits. A combo for bagel and coffee is around $9-16 now, and some bagels are $6-9 by themselves. A half dozen bagels I think is $14 now (cream cheese not included). Bringing from 5 stars to 4 stars

Got a half dozen bagels and each were done to perfection, would come back

Price: It’s $13 for a half dozen bagels and I believe $7 for cream cheese as of May 2025.

Vibe/Atmosphere: There is a bit of seating inside and outside, but nothing fancy. There is also a bathroom inside but sign said out of order during my visit.“

“Last week my kid and I were in a pinch because we forgot that our weekly park meetup was “ Potluck”. We were so excited to find Einstein Bros and then Karen took amazing care of us. She hooked us up with fresh bagels and cream cheese. She even gave us napkins n knives. These bagels were so fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to comeback. They were a hit with the kids. Thanks Karen! 🤩“

“While I have yet to try the bagel portion of this place I'll say their smoothies pop like no other. I love a nice strong fruit flavor when I order a smoothie of any kind and wanted to treat myself after a long work week. Ended up going for the solid uber eats deal and got two smoothies for 15 bucks. Overall taste popped, it actually came with a carrier (which is a low bar surprisingly with smoothie places doing online orders nowadays) and solid for the size given. I'd love to go in again someday soon and try the rest of their menu.“

“Quick service and reasonably priced bagels; this must be the only place in a 10 mile radius where one can get a lox bagel for less than $10. However, on two occasions, I requested a sesame seed bagel and was told that none were available to find that not two minutes after my order a fresh batch is brought out. I now find it necessary to ask about what bagels are to come, as less than ten minutes is no bother to wait. It is also also a tad difficult to find this Einstein Bros. Bagel if you know not where to look: it is located inside the Phoenix Food Court, and the presence of the bagel shop is not advertised from outside.“

“We stopped here on our way out of town the morning after Disneyland. The breakfast sandwiches were so amazing. The orange was incredibly fresh and tasted like liquid oranges. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Definitely coming back next time we have a Disney trip!“

“I very much just enjoyed my experience. Older gentleman was very nice on the phone place my order right away I got it as soon as I got there. They even have those little coffee plastic hole covers which is so nice when the coffee doesn't spill everywhere. Their phone system need some tweaking you have to select three to speak to team member but the prompt says one for orders.“

“Whenever I want to get donuts I only go to Kenny's Donuts. You can keep your Dunkin Donuts which I grew up on back in 1989 long before they came to California and compared to Kenny's Donuts I'd rate them a 3 stars out of 10. I don't understand why everyone always gives Krispy Kreme such high praise for their donuts cuz personally they barely get 1 star out of 10. I won't rate their shops just their donuts cuz I'm sure their employees and the restaurants would get way more stars than the generic taste of a simple glazed donut which I sadly wasted money on trying it out back in 2002. You want great taste and quality you go to Kenny's Donuts and I promise you'll be going back every morning but don't go before 430-5am cuz they make everything fresh and warm after they open at 3am and all the good stuff takes time to make but I usually go around 515-530am when I know everything is made and still warm and there is never more than 2 people inside. If you like regular glazed, glazed twist, glazed donut holes, maple/chocolate bars, jelly, then Kenny's is the best place to go and every donut is $1.45 - $1.65, or you can order a breakfast sandwich, to go with a hot cup of coffee, or a made to order blended drink off the wall picture menu, or a cold drink from their 2 big drink refrigerators. If you're a fan of racing legend John Force you might just see him there, he's a longtime regular and goes often. I stood in line behind John a few months ago they even have his signed picture up on the wall. He lives only a few minutes away. I highly recommend Kenny's Donuts nextdoor to Canyon Inn bar & grill.“

“Went for their Taco Tuesday special. The flavor was good and oh my goodness do they fill up the taco with meat amd double tortilla. The salsa are spicy and have good flavor too. Definitely give them a try. I also saw they have daily specials during the week.“
