I apologize for my bad photo but the photo does not do it justice. This is probably one of the few places that actually sell fish maw soup. For those who don't know what it is, If I have to describe it, it's like an egg drop soup with these clear chewy but crunchy jellies. It's quite expensive to get these! One of the best Vietnamese style noodle newcomer in the food scene in OC. The ingredients are fresh especially the toppings . The souple is light and little MSG . i recommend this over other My Vi Mi Gia and other. I hope they keep striving for consistency . Will come back.
We haven't had Mi Vit Tiem (duck noodle soup) in awhile and this place really hit the spot! Ordered to-go and ate it after ~2 hours or so and it still was bomb after reheating. The duck was packaged with the broth so it wasn't crispy but it sure was flavorful and moist. If there was an option to have it crunchy, that would be helpful and may appeal to a wider audience.
