“I ordered delivery and choose what I thought were legs, but I actually chose thighs thinking it was legs. When we received them I was so upset as my daughter only wanted legs. I called the store and the person I spoke to told me they are thighs as he had them fried himself, so I said I would take them into the store to show him. He was correct they were all thighs which was what I ordered expecting legs. So he fixed the order and even gave us new sides because the food was now cold. Ive never seen anyone so patient, understanding, and kind. I insisted to pay and to give tip, but he refused. This is beyond great customer service. I feel so bad, and thank you so much for being so kind.“
