It's a small bakery with a few seats. Friendly service. Baguette is buy 3, get 1 free. Each baguette is $0.75. The bread is light and crispy. Pate chaud is also buy 3, get 1 free. It's light and flaky. Banh uot is thin and chewy. It's pretty good but fish sauce is not great. Curry chicken was ok. Grilled pork banh mi was also ok. My daughter really likes the pandan waffle.
We ordered sandwiches with spam but got home with no spam...they should have told us that they had no spam that day...big disappointment once you wanted to eat one thing and ended up w something else

1. The banh min was good, but the Vietnamese coffee was really strong! 2. The spot has fast casual vibes as people would normally order for carryout! 3. There are a few indoor and outdoor seating! 4.
