I was in town for a funeral and I needed somewhere to go and have a drink shoot a game of pool and relax. I stopped by this place and everyone was very friendly including the bartender Michelle and they made me feel like I was a regular. When some of the guests found out that I was in town for a funeral some of them offered drinks to me and my family for our loss. This is a friendly place and I felt at home and I would definitely come back here and recommend that you try it as well.“

The only downside is that it is a very small place for the number of people that arrive; no dance floor, only one pool table, and hard to order a drink because of the very crowded bar. “I go here with my friends from time to time if we want to get drinks in the neighborhood. It’s definitely known for its wine, which compared to other wine bars in LA this place is reasonably priced. The bartenders always give great recommendations and often let you try it before committing to a bottle. The biggest complaint is that the music was way too loud inside. I don’t know what the strategy is but you can’t even hear your own thoughts. The patio is great, but definitely get there early because it gets packed.“
