“Great locals bar to visit. Friendly to randoms on both sides of the bar. Not an extensive liquor selection - ordering a negroni was a no-go. Shockingly excellent burger for being grilled indoors behind the bar. I heard a regular say they get their meat from the butcher shop next door. I'll definitely be back for another burger“

“I really enjoyed our stop at Purple Orchid. Some people say it's a dive bar, but I love a good dive bar so I fit right in! Our drinks were delicious and well priced for a tiki drink. The ambiance was dark tiki with darts, pool tables, and football on the TVs. Not a traditional tiki bar vibe, but a great neighborhood bar with a tiki overlay, as one of my friends described it. It was clean and cool and a nice break in our day. I would totally go back!“

“Fast friendly service from all bartenders. Drinks are very reasonably priced. Pizza, wings, french fries and chicken strips can be purchased. You also have the option of bringing your own food. Please keep in mind, there are no outside drinks allowed. Not even water. Iced water is served free of charge on request and bottled water is available for purchase.“
