South Bay Jinmi Restaurant Reviews
Tried this place with a buddy. Their soondae bokkeum and jokbal was soooooo good. They both had a bit of heat and just made everything even better. The sides
Run by an older couple and the restaurant matched their charm. Felt super comforting and the food tasted like what you got when visiting your grandparents. I've tried soondaegook all thru the south bay and this was my favorite. 8th Street soondae in ktown is still my #1 but this is def my #2.
Cozy and authentic Korean stew. The staff was very kind and hospitable. Lots of options to try!

South Bay Jinmi Restaurant is a hidden treasure known for its authentic Korean food, particularly the stir-fried spicy pork and spicy cold Gochujiang noodles. This cozy, hole-in-the-wall establishment, run by an older couple, has limited seating with only about four tables. The restaurant offers delicious, homemade tasting dishes that are well worth the wait. The intestine soup is a standout, and the cucumber side dish is a must-try, with multiple refills available. Despite slower service due to the elderly owners, the amazing food and huge portion sizes ensure that customers get their money's worth. The parking lot is small and shared with other restaurants, and the storefront signage is in Korean only. This gem keeps customers coming back for more and will leave them pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food.
