“This place is a wonderful hidden gem filled with good food great service and relaxing environment! I ordered the veggie omelet and my favorite part was how fresh the vegetables tasted in the omelet, and it comes with a side - I chose the country potatoes and they reminded me of the breakfast potatoes my Nanna made me from scratch as a kid I loved this ! My husband just had pancakes but the pancakes are their own recipe from scratch and he enjoyed them. Service was for sure top tier , we were greeted at the door, and seating you get to choose your own place to sit and we were taken care of very quickly even though there was a nice amount of people in the restaurant. Everyone who checked on us throughout our meal had a good upbeat attitude we are likely to return tomorrow or the day after before heading home the food and service was THAT good !“
“The pastries, coffee and other baked goods are so memorable. I don't know how someone could just get one thing! The staff had electric personalities and very quick, which got people moving. There was about five people ahead of me but I was served in less than five minutes it felt like. I got an oatmeal latte with plenty of pastries. This is a must go to bakery! There's an outside and indoor seating area. Plenty of room for friends, family, and your pets!“
“My family and I have eaten at Farmstead many, many times, and the service, food, drinks and ambience is always great and a wonderful experience. The food and wine selections perfectly complement the flavors for an elevated dining experience. The portions are generous, especially the Heritage St. Louis Ribs and the California Arborio Rice - definitely shareable plates. The desserts are always on point. My favorite is the Scharffen Berger Chocolate Cream Pie - house made with a thick graham cracker crust and whipped cream. If you are looking for a true farm to table experience, showcasing fresh and flavorful ingredients from their garden, ranch and vineyards, Farmstead delivers. I visit Sonoma occasionally for work, and I usually stay at the Best Western next door.I've been meaning to visit her for about a year, and I finally stopped to grab a cup of coffee on a very cold December day. I'm so glad I did! Both owner/operators were there and were super warm and friendly. I ordered one of their holiday specials, Gingerbread chai, and I made it dirty ;)So good!! “The owner is the absolute best. He goes above and beyond for his customers. On my 19th birthday, there was no place to go to celebrate it with my parents. It was closing time for Riverfront Cafe, but Elias himself opened it back up just for me, told his worker they can go home, and stayed and cooked the best cheeseburger I've ever had. I'm 24 now and we all still remember that night. To this day, I feel their burger is the best. I just went there yesterday for lunch, and he still remembers how to make the burger the way I like it, even after about a year of not being able to go there. For about a dollar less than a MacDonald's quarter pounder deluxe meal, you can get an actual gourmet style burger with real ingredients, and cooked with the love of an actual chef!“
“Made a pit stop here, and we were pleasantly surprised by how good it was! We loved the aqus flat bread. We also got the aqus flatbread, Mediterranean flatbread, salmon nicoise salad, and smoked chicken flatbread. The aqus was my favorite. I thought it might be too rich, but the duck and gorgonzola were well balanced, and the duck was juicy. The menu was really well priced, which was unexpected considering all the fresh ingredients.“
“I recently started coming to this coffee shop because I commute about 2hours to work every morning. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The food is doughnuts, pastry's and breakfast burritos. I love my glazed twist doughnuts! Also, you can never go wrong with a iced chai tea latte. Their coffees are a bit on the sweeter side, so I add two shots of espresso into it and it's perfect! This place does not disappoint. The ambiance is wonderful, decorated with rustic motor bikes and rustic architecture. 5/5 stars I highly suggest visiting if you're in the Sonoma area.“
“Just picked up my lunch and the first sip to my long waited americano had a very bad after taste, in a figurative way because it was delicious. The lid you have doesn't fit the cup and as you can see on the picture, I had to come back to the office with a not very glamorous coffee stain on my blouse. Not mentioning the mess it left on my car's cup holder and the hassle carrying it because it didn't stop dripping. Not cool.I'm not sure if you'll keep being my favorite coffee place in Saint Helena because on top of this, you don't have the cherry almond scone anymore. The later is the worst.“
“What a wonderful lunch experience I just had. I live in Healdsburg and my friend was going to Santa Rosa and I asked her to get me lunch at this wonderful café & Deli. I've been hearing such wonderful reviews about it. I ordered half a turkey, brie cranberry sandwich and half a Reuben sandwich, I also ordered Potato salad and Macaroni salad to have at home with dinner . I also ordered a scone for my husband. We are told they are homemade & they certainly are. They are delicious. It's like they came out of grandmas oven. The sandwiches were fresh. They use quality ingredients and they were full of meat and cheese. I could only eat half! My friend said the service was professional, courteous, and above all, Friendly. I wish I lived closer. I would order from this cafe deli every day. This is what a deli sandwich should be. I am grateful I know about this place . Thank you for serving such wonderful fresh food, Tee Kennedy“

Beignets (straight from New Orleans).I really appreciated the portions, and that they were willing to split the entrées between me and my partner without any hassle. The wine list is also above reproach. Great variety of Sonoma county and external wines. Looking at you Bonny Doon from Aptos.When we come back to Glen Ellen, this will be on the list to visit again.“
