Was recommended this place by someone and it did not disappoint, I'm only disappointed that I didn't know about it sooner. I tried the cow tongue sandwich and it was everything I wished for. All the right flavors with the delicious tender tongue meat cooked to perfection. The parsley and onion give it the right texture and the pickles add just the right about of saltiness and the tomatoes is your something fresh. The bread roll is nice a fluffy. Heres a good Cafe with good sandwiches for a good lunch or something like a basic Ol Skool Cafe look. Ordered a Turkey Ham cut sandwich last time we were here. Food is great and we sat outside hem.with a nice view of the city. You can order hot or cold sandwiches. Has the good Mediterrinean taste and touch to them. Next time ill try a hot sandwich. Staff are friendly and the food is nonexpensive.

Whenever my work brings me to California and the LA area, I try to make it to the Glendale Cafe for their wonderful authentic classic Persian style sandwiches. For those of use who grew up in Iran in the 70's this is also a nostalgic experience. Very nice place!
