Katsin is the model of fine dining in LA. The food is simply divine. We had the steak and salmon, both of which were cooked to perfection. The wine selection is really impressive. The entertainment program is a must-see, and it adds to the overall experience of the restaurant. The atmosphere is elegant, and the service is top-notch. It is a perfect choice for a luxurious night out with friends, a romantic dinner with your significant other, or a business gathering.
We had gone for Easter dinner and had an amazing time. Pro tip: if you're going to experience the show, make reservations a bit later (maybe 6/6:30pm). The service was great, food was amazing - I just wish they had dairy alternatives for coffee! Would go again :)
