What sets BOLO's chicken sandwich apart from its competitors is that the restaurant uses bolo bao buns. I ordered the spicy chicken sando, which comes with a gigantic juicy fried Jidori chicken breast, spicy garlicky aioli, homemade chili spice dust, hot garlic oil, and a zesty Cantonese slaw sandwiched between two hot, butter-toasted bolo buns. Bolo inside Glendora public market looksyummy. Employees working were not friendly and were kinda messy & all over the place!One of my girls wanted to try their chicken strips. Spicy chicken bolo bao. No other words. Kidding! The sandwich was really good, just kinda hard to eat since you want to take big bites at a time. I love the flavors of the spicy chicken and sweet bread + fresh coleslaw. No complaints here!
