“I will say the service is nice. The people were friendly. It was my first time there. I asked the guy who work there making the food what did he recommend. He stated he gets for fries w/ medium heat. I got them with the chicken sandwich. The fried were good. Great choice. The chicken sandwich was good as well slightly drier then use to but good. The fries was where it's at.“

I had an amazing experience at this Juan Pollo! The food was absolutely delicious — the chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender, with just the right amount of seasoned flavor. The sides were fresh and flavorful, especially the potato salad, which has to be the BEST potato salad out there.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made sure everything was to my liking and served everything quickly with a smile.

“About 3.9 stars. A warmer chicken patty where it doesn't make me guess whether the chicken is fully cooked would take it to 4 stars. My chicken was fully cooked, just colder than expected. The best part next to the flavor is that the chicken is real whole chicken, not the fake ground up chicken patties found in all the big chains. They provide American yellow pickled chilies as a compliment which complements the chicken really well. This compliment should never be removed under any circumstances. Some chains like Curry House started loaing business after quietly trimming down on compliments, eventually closing & leaving California.“

“The food is really good, chicken, rice, beans, potato salad, and their salsa were all perfect.The staff are very friendly and the service is quick. I will definitely come back here over the other popular chain of similar food.The rice is different it's not red rice, it's arroz con polo, chicken rice but it's very flavorful, like all of their food.“

“Staffs are working hard during dinner time but they make sure customers get what their want and happy to do so. I am very happy this location. Making sure everyone aware about this place. “Amazing food made with quality ingredients. My mother and I tend to go on Wing Wednesday! Oh my we love it 😍 I cannot eat spice so I can only vouch for the Garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper options however, I have tried bone in and boneless and I don’t have a favorite! It’s so hard to pick between the two! Both are perfectly cooked crispy outside and juicy inside! We usually order a side of French toast and enjoy every bite it’s perfectly made! My favorite comfort food for sure! I would also like to highlight the amazing customer service I have always experienced at this new establishment! I wish them all the success! They work so hard and make it easy for you to spend your money there… I noticed a decline in quality control, consistency and deals in today’s restaurants! I’m happy to inform you all that it is not the case here they are competitively priced and worth every penny! The deals are amazing also! The customer service is 10/10 I wish them much success they definitely work hard to stand out ❤️“
