“Sometimes the best food discoveries happen completely by accident — and this one turned out to be a gem.
TCG Dim Sum Noodle House is something Santa Clarita/Valencia has honestly been missing for a long time. As the area keeps growing, authentic cultural food spots are still rare… and this place delivers the real experience.
From traditional dim sum and handmade noodles to incredibly flavorful Hainan chicken, everything tastes authentic and thoughtfully prepared — not watered-down or Americanized. You can tell it’s made with care.
If you enjoy genuine Chinese cuisine, this is a must-try.
A truly one-of-a-kind addition to Santa Clarita.“

“I recently order to go there, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu offered a delightful variety of authentic Chinese dishes, making it hard to choose.
I opted for the spicy Chicken and fish.both of which were beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The chicken was perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of spice, while the fish were tender and delicious.
The service was impeccable; our server was attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, enhancing the overall dining experience.
To top it all off, the prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service. I left feeling satisfied and eager to return. Whether you're a fan of Chinese cuisine or trying it for the first time, AW is a must-visit. Highly recommend!“

“We’ve been coming to Green Apple Bistro since before my grandkids were born, and now they’re already 9 years old—that’s how long this place has been part of our family tradition.
The food is consistently great, and the service is always excellent. One of the main reasons we keep coming back is Eddy, who always gives us the best service. We genuinely look for him every time we visit because he makes us feel so welcomed and taken care of..Even though we live about a 45-minute drive away, we never mind the trip because it’s always worth it.
We’ll definitely keep coming back for many more years.“

“Dine here today while on a break from work and enjoyed it so much. Immediately went into my list for favorite restaurants for a casual fast bite. I got the walnut shrimp and it had the best crunch I’ve ever had in this type of dish. My lunch all came along with pancit aka noddles, rice, and a buchi. All for 10 dollars. All delicious.“

“We've been to this A&W before several years ago (there are actually three locations in the SF valley) and decided to try it again for Chinese New Year. It was after 2pm when we arrived and they were still serving dim sum from carts though it was slim pickings at that late hour, so we also ordered from the menu. The menu is heavily seafood oriented, but there are many traditional Chinese items available. We got a fried rice dish, a garlic chicken, and string beans (my partner doesn't eat seafood). All the dishes including the few dim sum items were flavorful, maybe a bit on the oily and salty side, but decent. The dim sum looked like it was made on site. I, being raised on Chinese food, would say that the dishes were close to authentic. Portions were generous. This is an old school Chinese restaurant with older aunties serving you with friendly but bare minimum service. Don't be surprised by slightly sticky table coverings and missing condiments (we just grabbed soy sauce from the next table). If you want better food, go to the San Gabriel Valley, but that's a long drive for us. If you want better service or environment, go to PF Chang's but you won't get the authentic dim sum and seafood. A&W is a great option if you're seeking good Chinese food in the Valley.“
