“The staff is amazing, the customer service levels are elite for me. Every time I go they have me wanting to back again. The food is so good! I shuffle between the burrito de tripa, quesadilla campechana or the Vampiro fries along with the agua de piña.Dope spot!“
“The flavor of the tacos is good, compared to other taquerias in this area, except that they are tacos with a single tortilla, and in general I like that they serve two tortillas. In general, customer service is not very friendly. They are only involved in their work and don't take the time to say hello or say thank you for the purchase.“

“On Larkenshim Blvd and Peoria st Sun Valley,Ca . Quesadillas el junior. there is a little truck they make mexican food. My favorite. Exquisite barbaoa de Borrego, I ordered 2 barbacoa tacos. I got full enough. With home made corn tortillas. Also delicious Flor de Calabasa and huitlacoche con queso y crema quesadillas. Clean place recommended.“

“Popular late night taco truck known for al pastor. These tacos are street size so 4-5 are needed for a meal. Cash and credit cards are accepted. I got the carne asada and the al pastor. There were four different salsas and the spicy guacamole one is the best in my opinion. Free parking available that’s shared with the car wash. There’s an outdoor seating area that’s relatively clean. They speak both English and Spanish.“

“August 7, 2023 Stopped by and ordered 2 tacos con queso: 1 with birria & 1 with Pollo. They were both delicious, although I loved the one with birria a bit more! Saw a lady eating ramen with hirria.. I might give it a try next time LOL ------------------------ July 13, 2023: Got my nachos fix again tonight!! This time I asked for guacamole on the side, so if i couldn't finish it, the chips won't get soggy. I asked for no beans, no sour cream & pico de gallo... just cheese & extra cilantro.. and he made it PERFECT!! Tried Mulitas & Vampiros too a while ago.. all the food I tried was good! Generous portion too! 5 orders from people who got there before me, so i had to wait a little but its worth it! Service was as great as always.. The ambiance was nice as the weather is cooling down from excessive heat I'm happy for them, their business seemed like going well! Easy parking They put out 2 tables with more chairs now to accommodate more customers. Recommended for others to try their food!“

“Best taco stand in Los Angeles. The Barbacoa is the best I've ever tried, the habanero sauce is fire. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos you can't go wrong with anything. Plus the bar is amazing. Overall great experience.
Vegetarian options: Veggie tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and nachos“
“The truck was at the Downtown Garner pop-up today and we decided to try it. EXCELLENT - very fresh and flavorful, nice people, and it was served quickly. I’d happily recommend this food truck!“

“Plantbased food stand/eatery that's been around since 2005 with 100% vegan goodness in every bite. The owner is a kind handsome gent who brings his love for vintage monster culture into his love for plantbased noms with an all American monster perfect hot dog stand. Classic hot dogs with a twist including chilli cheese, spicy and ballpark but meatless. The Frankenstand pops up all around Los Angeles but often in the San Fernando Valkey especially at this spot in North Hollywood. Check their website or Instagram from updates on when and where they might pop up.“
“Muy buenos!.. pedimos su servicio para el día del padre, todos encantados con los tacos de canasta, y duraron bastante rato calientitos en la canasta y, con su verdura para servir al gusto, muchas gracias!“
“For me, the menu highlights are the grilled meats, jambalaya, gumbo. I saw how the Pit-master grilled the meats. He was very clear about no shortcuts or rushing the process. The jambalaya and gumbo were the best items I ordered today (11/11). I will definitely order these again. They were the best I ever tasted. Perfectly seasoned with high-quality meats, and very good. It’s the best I’ve ever tasted. I’ve only had commercialized gumbo and jambalaya at chain restaurants.I didn’t order any grilled meats. I anticipate the grilled meats being tasty because I tasted some of the meat in my gumbo and jambalaya at it was good and cooked to perfection. The sides were disappointing and I will not order again:Mac and Cheese:A little dry. Too much salt, too much unmelted cheese. Lacked a creamy inside. The bottom and top were just globs of unmelted cheese. Will not order again.Collard Greens:Tasted bland as if from a can. Mixed with spinach and mainly tasted like spinach. Will not order again. I added the greens to my gumbo so I didn’t waste them. Let’s be clear, the greens weren’t horrible. I grew up picking and eating freshly picked collards so I have high standards for greens.Red Beans & Rice:Beans were cold and tasted like they were from a can. Not the Louisiana red beans and rice I was expecting at all. Rice was undercooked with a slight crunch. I added the rice to my gumbo when I reheated it on the stove. I will figure out what to do with the beans.Customer service was good. The lady was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure every customer was taken care of. She even gave out peanut butter cookies while we waited. Bring your patience as this is a small-scale (lean) food-service establishment.I spent $30 for 2 half orders of gumbo and jambalaya ($10 each), and 3 sides. I probably could have saved a few dollars if I ordered a veggie plate. It was a little pricey for the portion sizes. I charge it to the gumbo and jambalaya which was $10 each and served in 8oz containers. I usually pay $8 for 12oz or 16oz of soup.On a positive note, I got to sample the menu. I know what I like and don’t like. I don’t expect to like every menu item at any restaurant. Bottomline, I will go again.“

“Got it a while back with my dad (back when it was just a taco stand) and decided to come back again after class and now they have upgraded to a taco truck! I bought 5 tacos, a total being $10 (2 each) and a Agua Frescas (Horchata, I forgot the price). But I really enjoyed the asada and the chorizo! The cabeza was okay, just a bit hard to chew but I still enjoyed it+“
“When I tell you this place giving Benihana a run for there money they are ?????? I personally feel they are better then Benihana period !!! You have to try for yourself but this is my new favorite spot ?? They will have a restaurant soon I know it cause the food speaks for itself ❤️???????????“
“Awesome place to grab some quality food - they make the best carne asada I've ever had! The wait can get kind of long Friday/Saturday nights but it's well worth it. The prices aren't too bad either compared to other taco stands/trucks in the area.“
