“Incredible food with Incredible prices. We had the chicken wrap with fries and fountain drinks. Total bill under $15 each. Seats are hard, unpacked for your discomfort but hey... who cares! A bit noisy too with piped in music. Also took longer than I expected to receive our food but it's scratch made. Some of the moistest flavorful chicken I have ever had. I'll be back!“

I ordered 9 meals for a group of friends and on pick up it was ready on time, packaged beautifully and still very warm. Every meal was perfectly cooked and so tasty. “I was leaving the shopping center and saw this new restaurant so I turned around and went in . The Manager Greated me as I came in his name was Carlos , he was incredibly helpful with the menu and how it worked, he was incredibly generous with his time and helped the entire time I was there eating . The Food was really good, the menu had lots of options . I would recommend to anyone that likes Greek still Food . Carlos made eating there a Great Experience I’ll be back for sure“

Even the rice is completely different and cooked to perfection. The food is amazing, the restaurant is very clean, and the service is excellent. “The best Indian food in the valley and the sweetest family-owned restaurant too! So happy they are in literal walking distance from my house and they are STILL OPEN for take-out and delivery during these quarantine times. I've been ordering from them since I moved to the area and they truly have such high-quality dishes. They combine the different levels of spiciness without sacrificing flavor and I'll always order from them even if I move away from this area. Every dish my house orders from there are delicious in their own way, some order extra hot while some just order medium and all of the dishes are filled with flavor. I can't say enough great things about this lovely place and the people running it. Their consistency, quality, and hospitality is what keeps me coming back, weekly :) Love them so much I'm trying to find all the review sites to post about them.“

“With so many Mexican food restaurants across the valley and on every other street corner, I would put this in my top 10. Good place to bring friends as they also offer non traditional eats as well. Pizza or a Cuban sandwich. yes and they are good too.“

“First time here and it was so worth it. I got the beef steak plate steak was juicy, rice was flavorful, hummus was tasty, and the pita was soft and fresh. The mango lemonade hit the spot too. “Technically a small grocery store with kitchen. Their meat samosas are to-die for. They have goat, beef, chicken, or potato. They also have what we would call baked empanadas and stuffed puff pastry as well, but our family craves the samosas. Kitchen is on-site and also offers typical Northern-India / Pakistani fare that is mostly ordered "to go" and by the "from there" people, so it must be authentic and region-specific. Chutney for sure is - very different from Anarbagh and very spicy hot-and-sour for the average American taste, so be warned. Everything except samosas/empanadas/pastry is cooked to order - no hot lamps there.“

“As a tourist visiting Los Angeles all the way from India, I wanted to explore some authentic South Asian flavors—and Tawakull Tandoori absolutely blew me away! From the moment I walked in, the warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with the aroma of fresh spices welcoming you in like an old friend.

I ordered the Chicken Biryani, a Lamb Karahi, and of course, some fresh garlic naan—and every bite was bursting with flavor. The tandoori meats are perfectly marinated and cooked to juicy perfection. The spice level was just right, and you can tell everything is made fresh with real love and tradition behind it.

The staff were so friendly and attentive, even offering great suggestions for what to try as a first-timer. I also tried the mango lassi, which was the perfect refreshing finish to an already fantastic meal.

If you're in LA and craving rich, flavorful, and authentic Pakistani food, Tawakul Tandoori is a must-visit. I honestly wish I had discovered this place sooner on my trip—I'll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

The prices justify the more than generous portions, and you’re not left feeling like you got lied to. Flavor is amazing, always on point. If you work around the area, order beforehand and go pick up your food because it can get pretty busy during the lunch rush. 5/5.“
