“This was an absolutely amazing experience! We chose the vegetarian menu and the non-alcoholic drinks. The food was simply the best we've ever had, and the non-alcoholic drinks were legendary -- far exceeding anything else we'd ever had. The ambiance and the service were superb as well. I think it was a great move for the owner to give up his 2-Michelin-star status to be free and do his own thing, because this man is a true artist, in every sense, and the whole experience he has created in Cyrus is something far better than we've experienced at more formally-rated restaurants. My deepest respect goes out to him, and my gratitude for creating and sharing such an incredible experience with folks lucky enough to share it.“

“What an absolute gem we have here in Windsor with Maison Porcella! For lunch, we had the petite assiette charcuterie plate with 3 types of pâtès, a croque-monsieur with a green side salad, and sparkling wine. The food was some of the best I have had anywhere here or in Europe… every bite was such a treat! I have taken advantage of the grab and go in the past, which is also great. Maude was welcoming and informative, as always, and helped us navigate the menu and wine list… It really was such a lovely experience. Looking forward to my next visit!“
