You have the option of adding extra protein which is awesome and a great price. Very filling meal and a healthier alternative. If you get the bowl deal it comes with tortilla chips and drink.

Old review - I ordered carne asada fries for myself and my daughter. One with sour cream and guacamole and the sour cream was rancid 🤢 I could not eat it. It is pretty pricey for the valley and the quality of the food was not good. Fries were also unseasoned.“

“Family has been going since the opened on 4th and husband first loved their Calexico location. We always bring guests here great food! Better than any I've had. We've had about everything on their menu, our go to is quesa birria, ramen, and burrito. Portions are big and perfect. Only twice have we had a problem with the flavor being bland but just think it was a bad batch or different cooking but other than that always great flavors! Wish they'd bring one to Yuma as we just moved there after being in Imperial for a couple years.“

“Fresh ingredients, simple menu, phenomenal staff, lovely decor, good price. The food had excellent flavor and, in my opinion, needed salt (which means most people would find it perfect) and they have two salt shakers on each table. I'm guessing the items are low sodium for those with that concern. There's also a hand washing station so no need to go into the bathroom to clean up which is perfect. Definitely a great find even if google maps has a hard time with the location.“

The woman behind the counter was so nice and I felt that her job was super hard since 1) the 4th St. traffic sounds at the ordering window are very loud making it hard to hear what people were ordering, and 2) there was a huge black pickup in the drive through lane that was BLASTING music with such loud bass that you could see his truck vibrate and the idiot driver did not have the sense to turn the volume down until it was HIS turn to order. I don’t know how the drive through can operate like that, and i don’t know how the front counter woman could hear anyone’s order, but she did and she was very friendly besides.“
