“I ordered on the app and the location employees said they were building it. Upon my arrival they had not only not started but continued to help every one in store before starting it. They have no concept that I have already been paid and the committed to have my food done by a certain time. They are not holding up... I will not be back.“
“We have 3 Subways all with a 1 mile radius from our house and this one seems to be the most efficient with well trained and courteous staff that always gets mobile orders correct. I've been to other Subways in the area that have botched up orders and even made sandwiches up side down! We always place our order for pickup at this location on Florida & Kirby.“

“Great place to eat. Right now as of 10/31/20 their is no inside eating. Get it and go or delivery through a service. Took a while to get the sandwiches but that was only cause they had one kid working. The guy working the counter was great, and tried to get everyone out as fast as possible, and also providing great service. NO RESTROOM available at the moment either due to the pandemic, I'm assuming.“

“Haven't had Subway in a long time and thought we would give them another shot with a 3 for $18 coupon for an online order. First off, we haven't seen many places accept snail mail coupons for online orders. So this was a plus. And, we customized every sandwich and our order was done on time and accurate. Kudos to Subway! Ultimate BMT and the Turkey Provolone sandwiches were awesome!“
