“I bought 12-piece mixed chicken and they were very juicy and flavorful even till the next day after they were microwaved. Each piece was much bigger than what I would get from KFC or Popeye. The owner was very friendly. The store atmosphere was what you typically would experience at any fast food restaurant but the food was unexpectedly delicious.“

“Small little cocina tucked around the back of a gas station in a small neighborhood. Had a nice outdoor seating area. The hostess was incredibly kind and friendly. Ordered the tuna melt and garlic fries, and wow, was it amazing. There was a steady stream of take out and dine in customers, so we could tell it was a popular local spot. We wish we lived locally and we'd eat here more. The menu has many delicious options for tacos &, burritos. “JJ’s Fish & Chicken It’s the fish for me, so fresh hot and good everything else was trash. Everyone can’t cook NOL style, the gumbo, the red beans, the jambalaya the macaroni salad and the chicken 🐓 was straight trash. Chicken still had long hairs all over the wings. That’s all 😡😡😡🤣😂 The pictures hanging with the food on them make you think the food is so good. I only recommend the cat fish. This one is located on International Blvd bka East 14th Street Oakland California.“

“We had a wonderful experience at Mountain Mike's Pizza. Our group of 6 adults and 3 kids was warmly greeted at the counter, which made us feel welcome right away.

We ordered the vegetarian pizza, chicken club pizza, and salad — everything was absolutely delicious and freshly prepared. The pizzas were full of flavor, and everyone in our group enjoyed the meal.

What made the visit even more special was the owner coming over to chat with us and make sure everything was good. We really appreciated that personal touch and genuine hospitality.

“I don’t make it a habit to buy fried chicken from a gas station, but I might start! It’s like KFC and Popeye’s, but less stuff on the outside, more chicken on the inside. Very lightly spicy. And now they have COLES LAW! Buy gas, buy beer, buy fried chicken to go. Thanks, Mike, for bringing me. After my second visit, this quite possibly is “America’s best-kept fast-food secret.”

“I've ordered from them many times - they have special deals every week. I really love their Tuesday deal where you get a family bucket for ten bucks and eight pieces of large chicken nuggets. Sorry, I don't know which part of the chicken that is - it was written on the poster but I forgot. I'm a huge fan of spicy food, including their spicy chicken sandwiches - those are my favorites. The food comes out super fast, literally in less than three minutes. They give you a lot of sauce too. My friends also really love their Mountaindew“
