“What a pleasant discovery. We live a few neighborhoods over and found Vin Folk on the Michelin guide. The food was incredible - Michelin quality in an unpretentious setting, it felt like if your neighborhood bistro is chef-driven with really sophisticated food. Aside from the incredible food, the staff was wonderful. We had long conversations with many of them, all the servers are also chefs in the kitchen and can speak to everything on the menu, there is also an in-house sommelier. We took our newborn and sat at an outdoor table and they were extremely accommodating. We’ve already booked our next reservation.“

“If you are looking for a dining experience that defies the norm, Seline is the place. It was a flawless evening that truly showcased why they deserve every bit of their Michelin star. The Concept & Food: The dishes here are wonderfully avant-garde. Each plate felt like a piece of art, both in presentation and flavor. What I appreciated most—especially as someone who doesn't have a sweet tooth—was how perfectly balanced every dish was. Instead of relying on sugar, the flavors were deep, natural, and incredibly sophisticated. The Experience & Flow: The menu structure and the order of the courses are quite different from your typical fine dining spots. It keeps you on your toes and makes the meal feel like an exciting journey. We opted for the Champagne and wine pairing, and it was absolute perfection. The sommelier clearly knows how to complement these unique flavors. The Ambience: The space itself is cozy and intimate, with a stunning garden that adds a magical touch to the atmosphere. It felt like a private escape from the city. Final Verdict: Seline offers a creative, bold, and high-level dining experience that stands out from the crowd. I walked out completely satisfied. If you want a meal that is both beautiful and intellectually stimulating, this is a must-visit.“
“Visited here a few weeks ago. Definitely need a reservation especially if you go on a Friday or Saturday night. I got the salmon, mashed potatoes, and a side salad. It was very good especially the mashed potatoes and salad. Relatively simple side dishes but the flavor was enhanced and was some of the best I’ve had especially from a restaurant. The vibe is upscale lounge, beautiful interior. Our server was friendly, perhaps a little overwhelmed understandably due to it being a Friday night and the place was packed. My friend and I got there a little bit before the jazz music started playing. It’s a nice touch but a little loud in an enclosed space if you want to talk with who you’re seated next to. The band didn’t play for too long though so we enjoyed the music and resumed our chat. My friend and I both got the salmon plus ice cream and our bill was under $50 (we didn’t get any drinks), very affordable for a very good meal and a nice night out. I will be back or I will pickup an order or two soon.“

“Warm, hands on and personalized service. A Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant…Food Made from Scratch, fresh, unique, different, and affordable. Highly recommended! The red onion focaccia bread with herb and Parmesan butter, added Burrata - best- seller, a must. The 3 day brined smoked fried chicken-different taste, with soy and Chiles, a must!!!The Peruvian pork belly with sweet potato , Criolla and crispy quinoa , love it! And the Grilled NY steak with green garlic chimichurri, chorizo aioli and pommes pont neuf, thick cut fries…my son prefers over the fried chicken.“
