“How they don’t have a star yet is a mystery. Big miss from the tire folks. But I’m excited for how Chef Dave will keep stepping up his game to get it next year.
Also a low key star: the wine pairing is incredible and if you don’t or aren’t drinking, the NA pairing is on a level jn a class of its own.“

“Warm, hands on and personalized service. A Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant…Food Made from Scratch, fresh, unique, different, and affordable. Highly recommended! The red onion focaccia bread with herb and Parmesan butter, added Burrata - best- seller, a must. The 3 day brined smoked fried chicken-different taste, with soy and Chiles, a must!!!The Peruvian pork belly with sweet potato , Criolla and crispy quinoa , love it! And the Grilled NY steak with green garlic chimichurri, chorizo aioli and pommes pont neuf, thick cut fries…my son prefers over the fried chicken.“
