“5-star alert! My wife surprised me with this delicious Tunisian restaurant on Father’s Day! It was like an exotic trip to Mediterranean North Africa. The servers were good and the owner was super friendly and helpful! We had prawns, fish, lamb, cauliflowers, and the infamous Hand of Fatima. Everything was delicious, with unique flavors and beautifully presented. The sauces were so unique and flavorful, we had 3 orders of bread as we want to enjoy more of the flavors in every dish!“

“I cannot say enough of the five star service Ernesto provided. We were waiting for the shuttle to take us to the airport. It was 10 mins late, then 15 mins late. I asked the gentleman at the front desk to inquire but he was not helpful at all. Just said he will be there. I expressed my concern that we had an international flight to catch. I was so frustrated by this front desk man's customer service I told my husband we should call an Uber. Meanwhile we already paid for the hotel shuttle. Ernesto overheard my frustration. Called the bus to find out it wouldn't be coming there was an issue. He refunded us for our shuttle we paid for and also paid for our Uber. It was Four Seasons customer service, over and beyond exceeded our expectations! You should be so lucky to have a person like Ernesto. The other gentleman needs to go back to learning customer service skills and hospitality! Go Ernesto!“

“We celebrated a friend's birthday here and discovered a neighborhood gem! Sushi was fresh and delicious, the rolls were exceptionally good and the izakaya menu was very tasty and fun to explore with generous portions. With such a varied menu, we want to return and try more. Service was kindly and attentive and the atmosphere is very welcoming and serene. It's that rare place where any one can feel comfortable dining, solo, couples or groups. Prices are reasonable, and the happy hour is great! Very expensive at $500 per night, used the 2 $10 free tickets at bar for 2 drinks and still owed $8.36. “FURAIBO GARDENA: I discovered just before to move to Cabo. I went everyday ( memorial WE) after this first visit. Food is divine, chicken wings are not to compare with the usual chicken wings, it is a delicacy. The first day we had an unbelievable friendly and attentive waitress, she knew all our nephews and nieces for 25 years. An exceptional person with rare qualities. I recommend this restaurant and as soon I have to be in LA I will. of course go every day I am in LA. Bravo for the chef, the people, the ambiance. I miss it every day.“

“I have been enjoying meals at Okane Umi since 2016. They have always been excellent in every category of service. The restaurant has had its share of ups and downs but I am happy with how strongly Okane Umi has powered up its menu and added some wonderfully flavorful genuine Japanese dishes. “I absolutely love this restaurant—it feels like I’ve stepped straight into Japan.** It’s cute and quaint, and while the parking lot is small, I’ve always been able to find a spot (plus there’s extra parking in the adjacent lot). You really get the best of all worlds here.

We had nigiri sushi that was incredibly fresh—**especially the toro**, which they only have in limited quantities each day. If it’s available, don’t hesitate! The oysters are **to die for**—they’re on the larger side but super fresh with a buttery finish.

We also had beef tongue, fried chicken, tamago, and a few meat skewers—all fantastic. I’m a big fan of their **rich pork broth** too. Most of the staff are Japanese, which makes the experience feel even more authentic and welcoming.

They also have a great sake selection, and if you don’t finish your bottle, you can take it home. Everything is clean, and the presentation is on point. Perfect spot for **lunch, dinner, or a cozy date night!“

“Good ramen with several options that are not found in many places. Good taste and prices, friendly servers, sometimes parking can be limited, opened until late on Fridays. Reminds me of some of the ramen shops when I was living in Japan. A must try if you’re in LA South Bay area.“

“I was looking for vegetarian Japanese curry along with a larger Japanese menu and found this gem! We ordered a variety of foods - starters, salads, curry, sushi, and desserts. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was exceptional. Next time, I’d make a reservation!

“Delicious food here, it’s a make your own meal type place, like Chipotle. I would choose this place over Chipotle.I had the steak picado burrito. It was huge and stuffed. The steak had a great flavor and good amount of spice. The ingredients are real fresh.“

“Food is great, i liked the short rib fried rice, the beans as side, the three cup chicken . Food arrived quick and the server was very kind and professional.
I was disappointed because of some kid’s nostopping screaming, i think the restaurant manager should have kindly said something to the kid’s parents because it s very annoying for the other guests.
