“5-star alert! My wife surprised me with this delicious Tunisian restaurant on Father’s Day! It was like an exotic trip to Mediterranean North Africa. The servers were good and the owner was super friendly and helpful! We had prawns, fish, lamb, cauliflowers, and the infamous Hand of Fatima. Everything was delicious, with unique flavors and beautifully presented. The sauces were so unique and flavorful, we had 3 orders of bread as we want to enjoy more of the flavors in every dish!“

“Fun to do if in the area, a lot of people come here because the cafe was featured in LaLaLand movie. The music here is great, they have all sorts from day to night. I went to a jazz show and rock band which was fun, the singer was hopping all over the room. LOL I had a jalapeño black salt margarita but wasn’t a fan, it was wellmade but the flavors don’t agree with me. The food smells good but I didn’t eat anything, lots of fried foods. I recommend going in the day because they start charging for cover around 7.“

“YO! This pasta. OH MY GOSH. I got the angel hair with the pink sauce and … it was one of the best things to grace my lips. It. Was. So. Good. I cannot wait to have my leftovers until later, so breakfast it is! Highly highly highly recommend checking this place out! And the service is absolutely incredible.“

“This is one of our favorite spots in the south bay! We love it so much we actually had our wedding reception at the rooftop. Food and service are always great and Andrew has been fantastic at taking care of our guests on our wedding day. Love their Iris Azul, El Pistachio and all the mezcal drinks. As for food - die for tortillas and decadent Chimichangas!“

“The food is GREAT!! Ranchero burritos (shredded beef) chock FULL of shredded beef and flavor. FRESH and flavorful jalapenos added upon request. Free chips and salsa- the salsa is perfect spiciness with great flavor. Service was timely and friendly. The atmosphere was low key but the prices were very reasonable. It's become our new favorite!
Parking: There's a small parking lot out back and street parking as well.

“I shouldn't even write this review... too many people will discover this gem and overrun it!
Starting with the food, every time I've eaten here, the quality and consistency have been superb. I hate it when I eat somewhere once, have a great meal, but when I go back it's like a different restaurant. Not at this place! The quality, the presentation and portions have been amazing every time. The salmon salad pictured is the best In SoCal. The fresh gnocchi cannot be beat.
Next, the service... the staff is well trained, attentive and timely. I have never had to flag someone down to place an order, get more bread, a drink or the check. One of the reasons for that is amazing , hard working managers, like Tony! Anytime you see a manager on the floor working as hard to support the wait staff, I know it'll be a good service experience.
Lastly, cost vs value, Spumoni can hardly be beat. Portion size is definitely 2 meals worth and with every penny they charge. Which is why I'm not going to mention their happy hour deal...4:30-6pm daily... which is almost absurd. You'll have to go find out for yourself!“

“Warm, hands on and personalized service. A Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant…Food Made from Scratch, fresh, unique, different, and affordable. Highly recommended! The red onion focaccia bread with herb and Parmesan butter, added Burrata - best- seller, a must. The 3 day brined smoked fried chicken-different taste, with soy and Chiles, a must!!!The Peruvian pork belly with sweet potato , Criolla and crispy quinoa , love it! And the Grilled NY steak with green garlic chimichurri, chorizo aioli and pommes pont neuf, thick cut fries…my son prefers over the fried chicken.“
