“I love their food. It's always fresh and delicious. Their service can use some improvement. A couple of times I have been there in the past month, it takes the waitress a while to come to your table even though there's only one or two tables with customers. The waitresses get busy doing other things in the restaurant, like stocking the refrigerator with drinks, and neglect the customers.“

“This is hands down one of my favorite spots to grab a bite. Especially with the california roll. Also, the girls at the counter are very professional and polite and friendly, not to mention the guys' cooking always with a smile love this place.“

“My mind was scrambled eggs. Dusty from the road less traveled and a little worn for wear. I need to clean my boots. A sign. Tokyo, like the city, Glowing in the dusk of polluted desert skies along a busy street 2 hours from nowhere. Dining alone I walked to the bar, may I was in order. “Ichiban, tall.” The chef, Kazu, careful not to be seen in his quick study of customers, cleaning the skin from a salmon filet, sharp is his knife, asks if I’m ready. I order off the menu, otoro and uni sushi. “If you have it.” He does. It’s glorious. I ask for a plate of sashimi, his choice, “I like everything from tamago to saba” indicating my adventurous side despite my American heritage. Again he obliges. Textures, flavors, chile, wasabi, playing with my senses so delightful. Im floating now in the ether, buying a beer for the chef which he opens to a cheers, the universal language on a plate, a shared emotion, his love for craft apparent. I almost forgot my jacket by the time I cleared my plate. I never the question the price of the experience, as it is priceless. And this man, in this place, at this time in my life is worth every single penny. 2 thumbs up, a cheers and an applause. Thank you chef. Thank you. “In a little hilltop village, They gambled for my clothes, I bargained for salvation, And she gave me a lethal dose, I offered up my innocence, I got repaid with scorn, Come on she said will give ya, Shelter from the storm.” - Bob Dylan“

“Not much of a sushi person, or a seafood person! But I'll tear up a Green Train roll! This has to be the best sushi spot in the high desert hands down! Samurai never disappoints! The girls who host are always so kind, and always checking up on you! Love it here, for the high desert! The complimentary tempura peppers have to be my favorite!“

“We have been looking for a good sushi restaurant. We have tried others in the area, but still not finding a place we would go back to. We were in the mood for sushi and once again were scrolling through Yelp when we saw 760 Sushi Bros, so we decided to give it a try. Well, what we found was a GREAT sushi restaurant. I agree with other reviewers that it is hard to find this little gem of a place. It is located in the corner of the strip mall. It is newly opened, and not a lot of seating, but don't let that turn you away because you will be missing out on such delicious sushi. We tried a variety of of different items, each and every one was amazing. They serve fresh ingredients, not fishy at all. You also get great service, which seems to be hard to find lately. You really must try 760 Sushi Bros. You will get great service, fantastic food, and will be helping out a family owned business. 760 Sushi Bros is our new go to place.“

“I have been to so many sushi spots across the US. I'm a bit spoiled. To be honest, Yoshi is ok for locals. It couldn't stand on its on in the big city. The presentation was great. The rolls I had didn't hold up to its expectations. I left feeling a little let down. The rice was over sweetened and fish bland. For the price of the rolls, I don't see the value. I'm more critical in experience than in stars. If the service wasn't excellent, this place would fall apart. Every team member checked on us and was attentive to every customer, not calling for any of the patrons to need for anything. If I could give the team 10 stars , I would. I don't think I will visit again. This is a spot you have to try for yourself. I admit I am a sushi spot snob.“
